I got up from my bed, again, it had been a restless sleep.
It was way later now as the trial had been held in the early morning.
It was now twelve.
I took a quick shower and changed into clean clothes.
I then walked out of my room.
Just then Asahi came from his room, I decided talking to him would be a good idea.
"Good morning, Asahi!"
I said walking over to his side.
"Oh, hey.. Hinata."
Asahi mumbled.
He seemed even more timid than he had been before.
"You alright?"
I asked.
"I was just.. Thinking of a few nights ago.. I was too scared to sleep in this place alone and Noya snuck into my dorm and slept next to me. I miss him. I regret so much.."
Asahi mumbled.

"If you care about someone, Hinata

"If you care about someone, Hinata.. Don't wait until it's too late."
Asahi confessed facing me.
This instantly got me thinking.
"Care.. Like.."
I waited for him to finish my sentence.
"Yeah."
He mumbled.
"I'm so sorry.."
I said feeling a deep pity for him.
"It's fine, at least now he's freed from this hell."
Asahi said with a relieved smile.
I nodded softly.
I let Asahi roam the school alone from there.

I wasn't hungry surprisingly so I just walked over to the gym.
I paused in my place staring at the incinerator.
"Daichi.."
I mumbled.
I took in a deep breath and then let out a long awaited sigh.
We were all so caught up in Oikawa's and Bokuto's mess that we didn't even have the time to mourn Daichi.
What was he thinking in those last hours?
'About Sugawara, right?'
I questioned in my head.
Probably..

That was all he could think about.
I felt bad for not being there but how could I?
He wanted to be alone, maybe this was for the best.
I hope he died by blunt force instead of the incinerator's flames..
I walked into the gym which was oddly quiet.
Without Bokuto around everyone seemed to be walking corpses.
Kuroo and Kenma played volleyball as Tsukishima and Kageyama watched.
I sat down next to Kageyama and instantly felt my head being patted.

"Good job at the trial yesterday.."
He mumbled.
"Thanks, you too."
I said with a smile.
Kageyama seemed as though he was keeping something from me.
I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
Hopefully it was nothing serious.

Suddenly, Asahi's words crawled their way back into my mind.

'If you care about someone, Hinata.. Don't wait until it's too late.'
