Chapter 9: Chaos At The Suoh's

'Akito..yuu.. kyoya!.... I left Kyoya alone!'

Tamaki quickly ran back up to Kyoya's room which seemed like forever. After a few moments he crashed into the room panting and still very tired, out of breath.

Kyoya wasn't there, the bed was empty.  He tried not to panic when he heard the toilet flush.  Kyoya came out holding onto the wall, “What was that noise?...Tamaki? Are you ok?"

Tamaki turned and embraced Kyoya tightly, "Kyoya you're ok...." he closed his eyes as tears escaped his eyes, it was unbelievable to know that he had just witnessed his sisters death. He shook a but, his eyes opened as he was still hugging Kyoya but looking at the drive in his hand.

"I had to use...Tamaki.. your heart beating very fast... what's wrong daddy?" Kyoya held him back a bit worried about him and confused.

Tamaki didn't answer he just embraced Kyoya tightly, silenced filed the room as the heart monitors and sick people were heard through the halls of the Hospital. He sniffles and wipes his tears, he didn't want to put too much stress and pressure in Kyoya. So he kept it to himself sneaking the drive back into his own pocket, he looked at Kyoya and smiled, "nothing I'm just...I'm happy to see you awake again Kyoya...I'm happy to see YOU again...." he leaned in and kissed him softly.

Kyoya sighed as he sat back down on the bed, he looked for his clothes and sighed, "Tamaki... I need to get out of here. If Akito comes back... " Kyoya needs some sort of law advice, "Separation from relatives, but I have no evidence against them...evidence...oh no...Kari laptop!  I sent...a backup file there.... "

Kari didn't know where she was when she woke up but didn't care. All she knew was Haruhi had her arms wrapped around her keeping her safe.  She didn't want to wake up at all but she had to use the bathroom. She untangled herself and wiped the small drool from Haruhi lips as she giggled and walked to the bathroom. Passing where she had her laptop on the ground, she picked it up and set it on the table. The files where open, “Finally it started working!” Kari wanted to see if her file was still active when a video came on.

"Tamaki...we have to call Haruhi not to open the files...they might see what.... he did to me..." Kyoya was ashamed it had resorted to sneaking and hiding video cameras to catch his father.

Kari heard Haruhi phone ring and answered, but couldn't move. She watched as Kyoya was being terribly abused and hurt. She walked back into the wall holding her ears and screamed.  She wet herself from being scared of what she was seeing, to hear Kyoya cry for help for his father.

"Make it stop!...turn it off...turn it off, turn it off...turn it off!!!" Kari screamed.

Haruhi shook her head as she woke up with Kari screaming, she realized Kari wasn't in her arms and she stood up quickly. She worried terribly and looked for her, "Kari!"

Tamaki kept calling Haruhi as he tapped his foot impatiently.

Haruhi found Kari and grabbed her, she pulled her into a tight embrace as she tried calling her, "what's wrong? Why are you screa--" she turns and sees the video. She gripped into Kari's shoulder and reaches over to pause it. She grabbed her phone that was next to the lap top and answered it, "Sempai! WHAT THE HELL?--"
