Chapter 12: Fighting To Find Them Again

"Good morning sweetie!" The nurse said as she opened the curtains to Tamaki's room.  Tamaki opened his eyes and saw his mom asleep on the edge of the bed, holding his hand, "That was such a nasty panic attack you had... " the nurse checked his IV lines and oxygen mask, "well.. we have some delicious breakfast today.. ill bring some over.. " she smiled. 

Anne started to wake to see Tamaki awake, she caresses his hand as she yawned softly and stood up walking over to him kissing his head, "Tamaki...are you alright?"

Tamaki looked around and shivered a bit but sat up slowly, he moved the oxygen mask a bit to speak, "w-what happened?" he gasped a bit not even realizing he was still out of breathe and he quickly brought the oxygen mask back down to breathe again, he panted a bit and tried to stay calm.

Haruhi began to wake up as Kari's parents discussed about sticking Kari in a mental hospital with the staff nurse outside.

Haruhi looked up at them, and snarled a bit, "wait a minute!, You can't just throw in a mental hospital without hope! It will only make her worse! Why can't you be real responsible parents and have hope in Your daughter!! Dont you care about her enough to try to make her come back to normal? If you just throe her away like that what's the possible chance shell come back? You're just gonna let her die like this! JUST BECAUSE SHE CANT SPEAK OR ANYTHING RIGHT NOW DOESNT MEAN THAT RIGHT NOW SHE CANT HEAR YOU, SOMETHING DEEP DOWN IN HER HEART SOMEWHERE IN HER SHELL KNOW what your doing! And its not right!! What kind of parents are you if you can't even try to make your daughter be normal and happy again to live her life again?!"

"You are the reason she's here. " Kari father exploded, her mother was more kinder but backed up her husband.

"We don't know how to care for her. The responsible thing to do is let someone else do it.  She won't be such a burden.... " her mother shocking said, "Once she does snap out of it, we will release her.... until then.. she's going to the insititute...."

"Until her fever reduces..." the nurse spoke up, "Until then..." she tried to give Haruhi hope.

Kari was still staring out the window when Haruhi came back in, this was it.  Kari was being sent away and there was nothing she could do about it, Haruhi saw a tear run down Kari face, she could hear them. Haruhi had to try anything to get Kari back.

"Kari~" Haruhi caressed her hand and sat down in the end if the bed, "I love you so much....Kari...please try to come back..." She caressed her cheek and tilted her chin up softly to face her and gently kissing her.

Kari didn't move or responded, tears just rolled down her cheeks.  There was a knock on the door, "hey haruhi... I brought you a change of clothes.." Hikaru said, holding a bag her father had packed.

"Thanks Hikaru..." she sighs sadly, she looked back down at Kari caressing her face.

"Oh sugar don't overdo it... I'm so sorry for your loss.." the nurse helped Tamaki back into a proper incline.

Anne watched her son remember Kyoya. She embraced him tightly.

"Wait...K-kyoya!" He gasped, "wh-wheres KYOYA?!" he had completely forgot when they made him fall asleep, his heart monitor started increasing as the beeping was fast.

"Tamaki! Calm down please~ " Anne caressed him and kissed his head. She looked him in the eyes, he can attitude was calming him.

The beep was slowing down and he sadly looked at her, "mom...what happened?" his voice shook.
