"Ah! It's you again!" You shout towards the direction of the lady standing on top of the cliff of Mt. Aozang. She flinches and she turns to look towards you. You quickly gather the Cor Lapis you just mined into your backpack and went to her.

"H-Hi, again..?" She waves but with a questioning type of look. You can't really blame her, you did just talk to her and come up to her without warning. Still, you didn't regret doing it.

"I always see you here all alone... are you okay?" You ask her. She was indeed always all alone on this particular mountain. She seemed so sad as well but you never went up to her because she might be enjoying her peace and quiet. But you've seen her sad so much that you can't ignore it anymore.

"I'm... okay... Anyway, who are you again..? I'm sorry, I might've forgotten..." She scratches her head as she thinks. She must've felt really sorry. 

"Oh! We... never actually have talked before, so don't think too hard on trying to remember me." You smile at her, telling her to dismiss it.

"I.. see." She smiles, but with a confused look.

"I'm just an adventurer that always comes up on this mountain for the amber and the Cor Lapis here. I would always see you up there all alone, just looking at the view." You say as you then sit down at the edge of the cliff.

"Ah, don't mind it too much.. I would just come up here as.. a place to think." She says as she sighs then sits down next to you. 

"I do imagine it to be pretty nice to just sit here and think. It's very calming." You say as you close your eyes as to really feel the cold wind hitting your face.

"I mean, that's really one of the reasons why I'm here." She then does the same. Looks at the view and closes her eyes.

A silence fell between you two. There wasn't much to talk about. I'm sure she's getting tired of all the compliments and descriptions about this place since she was here all the time. You also didn't know what to talk about.

You were just an adventurer who was mining, hunting some hilichurls, doing some commissions, and that's pretty much it. Not much story behind it. The lady next to you, on the other hand... seemed to have a lot of things to talk about. You just didn't know how to go about it.

"Right, what's your name?" You ask her, attempting to start a conversation.

"I'm Ganyu. The secretary of the Liyue Qixing." She says as she smiles. Your mouth almost immediately dropped as soon as you hear her say it.

"F-Forgive me for my rudeness..! M-miss!" You stand up and bow to her, apologizing. You then feel so bad and fear for your life as you did just start talking to her without any honorifics.

"It's fine..! You didn't know..! So, there's no need to get all serious..!" She waves both of her hands, gesturing that you should dismiss it. Despite her high-status, her smile really shined as if she was something other than a simple human. She did have horns but, it might be too personal to bring up.

"So, Ms. Ganyu..." You start to trail off to another topic but this time with honorifics, and she suddenly speaks.

"J-just call me Ganyu." She says, her voice was trembling a bit. Was she scared? Was she shy?

"Are you.. sure..? Isn't it rude to do so?" You ask her, scared of the consequences if you did in fact call her name without any honorifics.

"I'm sure. I'm.. not on work today so, just feel free to... treat me as however you treat others." She says as she sighed a deep breath.

"I understand." You nod. 

This wasn't really going anywhere. You both did your introductions and all but, what else is there to do? You were really afraid in saying anything that might offend her, or suddenly trailing along a sensitive topic to her. 

It's not that you were scared of her because of her high-status, it's just that... you never really liked seeing people in pain when you bring up something they don't like. In fact, you hate it. So, I guess the best thing to do right now would be... enjoying the landscape in front of both of you.

"Tell me... why did you suddenly approach me?" You flinch at her sudden question. In the other person's point of view, it did seem slightly weird to do so. 

"I.. always see you up here all alone. You always look like you were about to cry at any minute." You say the truth. She did look like she was about to burst when she was here. Rarely, you would come here earlier than her and you would silently wait for her to come.

But when she arrives, she is either mad, sad, or anything else in between. She didn't show it through actions like, randomly destroying things or crying. But the atmosphere around her practically showed it. You could feel her emotions from miles away. Which just made it even more sad.

"Ah..." She says and she gets silent. You glance at her direction and look at her face. She was just looking at the ground. You assume that she was thinking about things. 

"Hey... I know things get tough, especially since you're one of the Liyue Qixing but... it's nice to have a friend to lean on once in a while." You say as to reassure her. You wanted to be there for her since, she seemed so alone.

"...You don't have to go through the trouble to do that... you could just leave me alone." She says that with the intention of trying to push you away but, her voice was shaking, she was seemingly about to cry.

"I know but... I just want to tell you that I'm always here for you. I have nothing better to do anyway." You chuckle. You really didn't. Just some commissions to get done, paperwork, and that's pretty much it. It can mostly get done in about 2 hours, so the remaining 22 hours can be time spent with her.

"Ah.. I have to get going. I have to submit these Cor Lapis to the one who asked for it.. I'm really sorry..." You apologize. She doesn't say anything in reply. You smile  at her and wave. Then you jump off of the small hill you were both sitting on, bringing the bag with you.

"Wait..!" She shouts at your direction. You quickly turn to look at her. You see her holding her skirt tightly, as if she's nervous.

"..Can you come here again..? I'd really like to know more about you..!" She shouts. Hearing the words that you would never imagine coming out of her mouth, you grinned happily.

"Of course.!! I'll be coming here again in a few!" You stretch your arms to wave goodbye. You then quickly turn and run towards the person who requested some Cor Lapis. You decided to submit it quickly, and then run to her once again. 

She waves goodbye but this time... with a smile on her face that lit up the entire landscape around her.
