Genshin Impact || Oneshots !

(Sorry if my recent oneshots have been pretty dry or bland. I wasn't doing good but now I'm doing better so, I'll put more effort into these.)

(A/N: Modern AU. Part 2 of 3.)

Aether's POV

"I see..." Xingqiu says, putting his hand under his chin before taking another bite of his meal. 

"Do you really have to worry yourself over this? I mean, you just said that you didn't know who it was so, do you really have to?" Chongyun asks, looking a little concerned for me. 

We were having our lunch break right now and I just explained to them what I had dreamt about. What he said was certainly true... I didn't even know the person and yet here I am worrying about them. But in the dream, it did look like we were extremely close. At least, close enough for him to say I was adorable...

"They were involved in a car accident. How could I not worry about that?" I say, bluntly before taking a bite of my lunch. Chongyun just nods hesitantly then sighs afterwards.

"Did you see what they looked like?" Bennett asks, wiping his mouth with a table cloth as he then drank some water. 

"Well, I couldn't really see. I was looking down on the floor, but when I looked up to look at them... the light of the car was already blocking their face. A cliche situation, unfortunately." I answer, sighing. This was all to cliche. Although it wasn't cliche in reality, but it certainly did happen a lot in movies.

"Not a single detail about them? For all we know, they could be in another country or continent." Xingqiu retorts. 

"They were wearing our school uniform so, that should make it a bit easier." I answer in response. I then hear Xingqiu sigh in relief. Probably relieved that he wouldn't have to look far and wide just for this one person.

"Well, are they a boy or a girl? That single detail should also help us in searching for that person." Chongyun asks. 

"Mn... They're a boy. Well, they were wearing the boy's school uniform but, who knows?" I say as I put my arm above my chair, slightly stressed out with all this. As Xingqiu and Chongyun think about it, there were two boys happily playing or... flirting with each other.
