Third Person's POV

Another day, another time for hunting and going on adventures. Treasure hunting, as Paimon likes to call it. Aether was suddenly asked by Bennett to come along for once on one of his adventures. Aether, knowing the boy's reputation, gladly accepted.

Hearing the news from Katheryne that his adventure team was already long gone, just made Aether want to go with him even more. Not out of pity, but out of curiosity. He was thinking that, maybe Bennett is either too fun or too energetic and the others couldn't keep up or something like that. Which is why he decided to accept his invitation.

Aether didn't have much to do anyway so, an adventure with a brand new friend is always going to be a good memory for him to look back on. Bennett was also surprisingly very outgoing and very happy and excited to be with Aether. Not that Aether thought it was weird, he just simply thought that what was so good about him to make someone that excited.

So, now, we have Aether that's waiting on Bennett to arrive at Good Hunter, which is the place they agreed on meeting. He simply sat on one of the chairs, reading a book about Mondstadt's past and all that, waiting patiently for the other boy to finally arrive. And soon enough━

"S-sorry, I'm late..." He arrives, panting, sweating and obviously ran on the way here. Aether closed the book and stored it in his bag as he then stood up.

"It's ok!" He says as he smiles sweetly, forgiving the boy for his tardiness. Even though, he really wasn't that late. Bennett then stretches out a paper bag on his hand, still panting from running.

"This is for you! To mark the start of our friendship!" Bennett says, smiling happily, handing it over. But just before Aether grabs out to reach it, what was in the bag, suddenly broke the bottom part, completely ripping the paper due to it's weight, and thus making it fall on the ground and spoiling the food that was supposed to be a gift.

"AGH! I'm sorry! This is probably due to my bad luck again... but it's alright! I'll just make some for you another time!" Bennett happily says, completely and surprisingly getting over the problem so quickly. 

"N-no..! It's okay! I'll just treat you since you probably spent a lot of time making those and I wouldn't want to make you use more time on me so, I'll treat you to dinner later!" Aether says, trying to comfort the boy, assuming that he was probably feeling extremely sad and just hiding it from him. But to his surprise━

"No..! This happens a lot and, I have just gotten used to it so, there's no need for you to worry!" Bennett says, fully making the problem seem minuscule. Aether simply looks at the boy with sympathy and slightly sad that he's making it seem like nothing.
