"I'm sorry... I'm still so sorry." You say, gripping the flowers that were on your hand. You feel yourself crying so, you wipe your tears then continue to contemplate, remember the good times that have gone by.
"I couldn't save you that day. I just... became a burden." You say, placing the flowers on his grave. That day... you weren't doing anything to help. It wasn't that you were powerless. It was just that the enemy both of you were facing was so strong, that only Kazuha can deal with it.
"I... love you too..." You say the words you weren't able to tell him after a long time. Sad to say that, you will never be able to tell him anymore. All of those hesitations and regrets, worries and good times that were all coming back to you just made you cry harder and louder. Louder than the sound of thunder that surrounded Inazuma. You then start to think about the past.
"Do you want to hear my poems?" He asks, sitting in front of you as you were drawing. Not particularly the best time since both of you were on the Crux Fleet, moving constantly so, seeing as you weren't able to get anything done, you decide to put down your pencil and listen to him.
"Are you any good?" You ask, smirking, slightly excited and anticipating something amazing since he's known for being quite poetic. You've never heard one of his own before so, this was definitely going to be a first.
"I'd like to think so." He says, smiling at you. Both of you were best friends, always being together and hanging out all the time. Going on adventures, doing bounties and commissions together, and just having fun in general. Well, you do fight but, you make up quickly since both of you really want to spend time together.
"Then come on! Tell me!" You say, giving his shoulder a slight nudge. He then laughs, having the most beautiful smile as he sighs, smiling afterwards. Both of you were best friends but, you wanted to be something more. Something special and amazing that you could feel yourself drifting away in the wind.
"Okay, okay." He replies, then clearing his throat. He then starts speaking, telling the most amazing stories through poems. You listen quietly, having all of your attention to him and him only. You thought to yourself that you could listen to him all day while having a smile on your face the entire time.
Those were considered as one of the good times you spent with him. After all that, he started telling you all of his poems as you listen intently. Of course you still had to listen to him and give your input. And as always, and forever, his poems were the best you've ever heard.
"I still remember all of your poems. From every single word to even how you pronounce it. I remember everything." You say, smiling to yourself. A... melancholic feeling. You were happy but still sad at the same time. Happy about these fun times but, sad that you weren't going to get any of them ever again.
