I wake to the loud bang that usually wakes me. I slowly kick my feet out from my bed and sit there a moment when it comes back to me that Malek laid down with me last night? He must have left after I fell asleep. I stand and move to my clothes drawer before pulling out some new underwear and a new pair of sweats and a white shirt.
It's now that inspiration hits me as I walk to my white board and grab the plain black dry erase marker, pulling off the lid and writing my first request.
A black lace bralette and thong. It seems unconventional and possibly even a waste and slightly weird of a request but I can't keep wearing this white granny panties and white sports bra. I will never feel hot wearing what I'm wearing. Am I asking for this with Malek completely in mind? I don't want to talk about it.
"Hey" I here Jesse say as she enters in my room and my cheeks go bright red
"Wait whattt" she says looking at my white board
"What happened??" She says grabbing my arm and pulling me down into my bed clearly wanting details
"I think he might like me" I whisper looking down at my hands unsure
"Eeeeeee" she says getting excited "what happened
"Nothing really we just had a moment watching the movie but nothing happened, n then he laid with me tell I fell asleep last night"
"This is good, this is really good" she beams
"I'm still scared of this place now" I say bringing up her stupid Ouija Board idea then leaving me almost immediately after.
"Why?" She says confused for a second "oh my god he didn't tell you" she laughs
"What?!" I say confused
"That was Malek and Aaron manipulating the board and blowing out the light" she laughs "Aaron told me when we left I thought Malek would've told you, his story was bullshit too"
"Well he didn't! He even let me pee with him in the room and didn't tell me!!" I say now mad. Why would he not tell me?!"
"He what?" She says confused
"I had to go pee and couldn't go alone! I can't believe him!" I say shocked, I get up off the bed in a puff as a start for Maleks room to confront him when Jesse grabs my hand and pulls me back
"Wait!" She beams "we have to get them back, they don't know you know, he will tell Aaron he didn't tell you" she smiles and my brain starts spiralling down ways to get him back
"Your right" I say nodding.
We eventually leave out of my room and meet up with Aaron sitting around the table waiting for breakfast, sitting in our normal spots.
As Jesse and Aaron talk about the power outage last night Malek comes out around the corner and walks to join us at the table.
He stares across the table at me as he sits down and settles in, not giving anything away. As if nothings changed.
Moments later the normal ladies come out and give us our plates of food before retreating away.
I continue to talk to Jesse through breakfast as Aaron talks with Malek, I find myself eaves dropping out of habit. Sometimes I would look over to find him already looking my way, forcing me to quickly look back at Jesse.
"Ivy" I hear Dr Martin call my name not to long after breakfast.
I enter into his office as he leads me down to the stairwell heading to the terrarium.
