32. nonesense

I follow him down the stairs and watch as he heads for the front door before opening it and leaving? Should he really be out in the open right now?

I look in the kitchen but no one's there so I make my way down stairs to find Aaron, Jesse and Sam talking on the couches

Jesse sees me and immediately hops off the couch and comes over to me, hugging me.

"I'm sorry" she says softly rubbing my back as I hug her back.

We move to the couch and sit down together while Aaron shuffles through tv channels

"Where's Malek?" Aaron says looking over at me

"He went on a run" I say shrugging

"He can't stop working out even when we're literally hiding to save our lives" Jesse says rolling her eyes

"Sounded like he got quite the workout last night too" Sam says with a grin and my cheeks go beet red. Oh shit.

Aaron let's out a laugh and I shoot him a look, seriously?! I wasn't that loud, at least I think?

"Speaking of which" Jesse says grinning before standing up and taking my hand pulling me to my feet

"Oh come on we want to hear about it" Sam says joking as we walk back to my bedroom

"Ask Malek then" I say rolling my eyes and Sams face loses all hint of amusement and it makes me laugh.

Jesse shuts the bedroom door as we crawl up on the bed.

"Tell me everything" she says smiling

  "Uhm.." I say unsure or what to say

  "Was it good?" She asks

"Yeah" I say thinking back to him this morning and it makes me grin

  "And you thought he wasn't interested, I knew he wanted you" she says grinning

  "Well tell me what he did?!" She says and I feel awkward

  "Do we really have to talk about it.." I say unsure, I'm not the gossipy details type. I think it's nice to just keep it between us.

  "I mean that's fine... I'm just bored" she says looking a little disappointed but understands I'm not as open about everything as her

  "Are you guys exclusive now?" She asks curiously

  "I don't know.. nothing like that has been discussed" I say shrugging and she nods

  "What does it matter it's not like your position is being threatened or anything" she says and I guess she's right, if anything Malek is the one in the seat with any room for doubt with Sam, lucky for him im not interested.

  Jesse eventually hops off the bed as I follow her as she opens the door out to the living room.

   As we walk out Malek is coming down the stairs with sweat dripping down his face and chest. He looks at me once then walks towards the bathroom and shuts the door. A few seconds pass and I can hear the shower go on.

  "He could model for Calvin Klein or something Ynow that" Sam says shaking his head making me laugh

  We sit and watch family guy for a while when Malek finally exits out of the washroom, heading for the bedroom to change.

  Minutes later he renters into the group as he comes around the couch in his sweats. He comes around and sits down beside me without a word.

   I immediately move closer to him, resting my head on his shoulder and I can see his lip slightly turn up in response. A few moments pass when I feel him rest his hand on my thigh, rubbing small circles into me with his thumb.
