I wake to the sun shining in through the back window on my face. I roll over to find the van is empty and the door is open? I quickly jump off the bed and around to the door to find we've stopped?
I look over as my eyes adjust to the sun when I realize we're looking at the ocean? We're on the coast?
"Where are we?" I say seeing Everyone outside talking.
"South of San Fransisco" Sam says looking at me.
"What now" I say looking around at the waves and people walking around
"We go south and out of mainland America" Malek says
"How do we do this without a passport" I say looking at him and he doesn't say anything. I guess we don't have a plan for that bit.
"I'm going down to the water" Jesse says standing up from the ground
"Why?" Sam says confused
"I need to wash my body in some degree, you coming Ivy?" She says looking at me and I wasn't planning on it but I suppose it wouldn't hurt. We walk down a dirt path to the water when Jesse turns back to Malek.
"We need you" she says as if it's obvious
"I'm not leaving him here with the van alone" Malek says and I roll my eyes
"Then let's all go" Jesse says turning back around.
We walk to the beach as the cold water splashes up against our feet.
I turn around to find Aaron, Sam and Malek are coming now too. Sam stands there watching us as Malek pulls his shirt off then his pants leaving them on the sand.
"It's freezing" Sam says as Malek starts walking into the water
I start taking my clothes off too remembering I'm wearing my nice underwear underneath, great. It's like 10 am and I'm basically naked getting in the ocean.
I step in and it's already warm, he really comes in handy. Jesse follows me in and I watch as Maleks eyes shift down from my face to my exposed body then up to the beach, watching Sams attention.
"Aaron come in" Jesse says going under the water
"I'm good" he says standing up on the side with Sam
"They're insane it's freezing in there" Sam says and Aaron grins
We stay for maybe 5 more minutes trying to get the past couple of days off our skin before getting back out and grabbing our stuff.
I feel uncomfortable walking up the beach half naked, almost certain someone is looking at my ass. I quickly get back into the van looking for something to cover myself in when I find a oversized t shirt. It will have to do.
I throw it on and quickly change into new underwear letting my stuff dry in the sink. Jesse comes in and changes next while I step out of the van giving her privacy in just the white oversized shirt that goes to my thighs and panties. I start running my hands through my hair trying to ring it out.
Maleks face looks surprised when he sees me and a grin grows across his lips at my exposed legs and choice of attire.
"You single Ivy" Sam says from behind me and Aaron laughs and I turn to him and grin.
I turn back to Malek and his eyes are locked on Sam and if looks could kill.
"My shirt looks good on you though" Sam laughs again and I don't know if he knows he's getting under Maleks skin or not but this can't be good for their already strained acquaintanceship.
