Chapter 8

1 week later...
Eva-
Me and Anna's date was fun. But she just wanted to cuddle the whole time so that was cute. Me and my friends have been hanging out more. They seem to actually be planning on running away. I hope they don't drag me with them. I would never want to leave Anna. I've honestly fallen so hard for her I couldn't even bare the thought of leaving her. Dev, my best friend invited me over to her house on Monday. When we got into her room she had bags packed and her passport out. Is she going on vacation? I'll just leave it alone it's her business.

"So have you started packing?" She asked me.

"Um for what?" I asked very confused.

"Well we are running away. And your coming aren't you?" She said irritated.

"I don't want to leave Anna" I said in a sad tone.

"We'll bring her or don't come" she said crossing her arms. I thought for a second. I don't even know where we are going. I don't think Anna wants to come. Maybe I should go and come back in about a month. I'll tell her I'll see her in a month.
Dev interrupted my thoughts.

"Hellooo?" She said snapping her fingers.

"Um yeah sure I'll go. I'll just come back in a month" I said walking out of her room.
I hope Anna waits for me I'll wait for her. I decided to text her and tell her to meet me at the diner.

Here comes the truth...

Dev-
I got Anna's number from Zack. I didn't want Eva to ever come back. Anna is bad news and doesn't deserve Eva. So I'll tell her Eva died in a shooting at the diner. From my number that she of course doesn't have I texted her.

D- Eva died in a shoot out at the diner. You don't know who I am but I know who you are. Your bad news and you didn't deserve her.

She left me in read. Now time to get Eva out of the diner and to our vacation. Anna should think she died and never suspect a thing.

Anna-
I was just about to walk out the door to go to the diner and see Eva. Until I got a message...Eva- she- she died? I didn't get to say goodbye..I never got to tell her that I loved her...I dropped my phone and fell to the floor. I started to cry. I just sat there with my front door open...crying.

Eva-
Dev dragged me out of the diner saying her uncle.(who's in a gang) was going to shoot the place up. I was scared so we just left. I looked in the back of the car and saw 4 suitcases. 2 were hers 2 were...mine? She's dragging me to her little getaway? I didn't get to say goodbye to Anna. I need to text her. DAMMIT! I left my phone at the diner. Oh Anna... please don't blame me for this...I had no control.
