typical teen
holding to dreams
that are infeasible
and have no meaning
typical teen
hating the world
want to rebel
but never is heard
typical teen
ignorant soul
has no real problems
until they grow old
typical teen
you don't know stress
you're naught but a robot
programed for each test
typical teen
nothing you know
will help you in the world
of the adults
typical teen
crying over nothing
quit whining, shut up
listen and breathe
typical teen
listen to adults
they know what you're going through
you're their copies after all
typical teen
you don't know pain
just do what you're told
and don't you complain
typical teen
you dont know what it means
to do work, to do life
youre stupid and unclean
.
.
.
typical teen
where did you go?
you were standing among us
a few hours ago
typical teen
why did you leave?
its not like we were
being mean
...ha
the “typical teen”
is tired of trying
and knows the words
you say are lying
the “typical teen”
does not want to cry
so they closed the door
and said good bye
the “typical teen”
is not typical at all
and won't let ignorance
be their downfall

In My Head
PoesíaA collection of my poetry. there is no rhyme or reason between them, they are simply there because i wrote them and needed a place for them to go. i know, my grammar sucks. also, there will be updates whenever i write more poetry.
