"Good morning" Y/n voice chimed through the kitchen as she entered. Tony looked up from his cup of coffee and his tablet. "Good morning, how'd you sleep?" he tried to bring up some idle conversation. "Pretty good, the new bed's amazing." It was their first night at the new Avengers facility and she was glad her uncle, or father rather, had offered for her to properly come live with him. Besides, she was old enough to take care of herself, for the most part. Though Tony still wanted to hire a nanny, with Pepper's help they were able to convince him that she won't burn down the house or get into an accident if left alone for a few hours. Though it was harder to convince him not to hire a bodyguard instead.

"Sooo, seeing the Avengers will basically be living here. Maybe you could finally introduce me to them." She suggested, taking a sip from the cup of coffee he had set out for her, just the way she liked.  Tony nodded distractedly. "I mean they'll see you a lot from now on, so I guess it's only normal." It would probably be weirder for him not to, as it would raise questions among the Avengers and god knows he wanted to avoid that.

"Yes, of course, but I mean, maybe they could help, with the whole, you know," Y/N tried to voice her thoughts, but Tony interrupted her, raising up his hand. "Y/N you know I hate it when you stutter. Either you tell me what you want to tell me or collect yourself and try again later." Tony still wasn't looking at her, too focused on the tablet laying in front of him on the counter.

"I was wondering if they could help with my powers." She blurted. Tony pushed himself up on the counter, sighing deeply with closed eyes. He honestly knew this was coming. She had been wondering and trying to find out more ever since she was little. At first she would just ask why this was happening to her, hoping Tony had the answers. When she got older however, she actually started looking into it herself. Doing her own research, reading papers and books on different subjects that might give her more insight. Sadly she had never found more than Tony had, so he didn't expect them to know anything more either.

"And how exactly would they help? What is your plan here?" he questioned, an arm crossed over his chest and two fingers pressed to his temple as he turned towards her. When she was little all she wanted was to become a superhero, so he really just hoped that wasn't what this conversation was leading up to.

She could see he was getting frustrated as he walked closer to her. "I don't know okay, maybe they could give some insight on what the hell is going on. You've got super soldiers, aliens and smart-ass scientists. One of them has got to know something useful." Y/N reasoned.

"I am a smart-ass scientist. I'll worry about that. You just focus on school, okay?" Tony pointed, seemingly repeating the same answer he gave her last week, and last month, and a million times prior.

"Yeah, sure thing, dad." She scoffed, taking her backpack and walking out the door. Tony leaned back on the counter, his head resting in his hands out of frustration. "Dad?!" He heard a muffled voice from behind him. He glanced behind him to see Bruce standing there, blueberry muffin still in his mouth that hung slightly open in surprise. He signaled for him to come over and have a seat. "It's a long story." Tony chuckled.
"I've got time."

Tony explained the situation to him. Well the basic story really about how she was his niece but technically, biologically speaking, was his daughter. He had decided that it would be better for her to not know about that second part. She just often joked about it, as they truly had a father-daughter relationship funnily enough.

"She's learning nothing at that school you know. She just goes there to feel like a normal teenager. Maybe she can learn some better social skills than me." Tony chuckled. "Wouldn't that be something, A Stark double but with proper social skills. Better watch out world." Bruce joked, maybe a bit too close to home though. It was silent for a while.

"What do you think I should do Bruce?"
