The other Avengers arrived late to quite a scene. Everyone ran up to help, Bruce making his way to Tony's side. "Tony, what happened?" he could see his suit was fried and sweat was dripping from his face.
"We need to get Y/N to Wakanda." Tony croaked out as soon as it would be audible. He knew he didn't have the means nor knowledge to help or even contain Y/N at this point. So, he needed help from someone who did.
"I'll explain on the Jet, just get everyone there."

Both Peter and Natasha were barely conscious and badly hurt, and everyone just hoped Tony was right that Shuri would help. They arrived, being granted an audience with king Tchalla sooner than later to share their story. Yet their request had been deemed unreasonable.

"You come here, asking to help someone who attacked you, who is clearly dangerous." He repeated what they asked of him. "I merely can not risk my people for yours." Tchalla had seemingly made his decision, but Shuri did not choose to accept it.
"Brother, she is my friend. I know her powers, she will not be able to hurt anyone if we play it carefully." She reasoned. She was sure it was true, at least she hoped it was. If they used vibranium and their medical technology, she was sure that she could help.

"Shuri, her own family didn't even know how to handle her. How would you?" His hands rested on her shoulders as if she were a young child he was trying to reason with. He knew how much she meant to his sister. He had seen the interactions many a time. But he also knew the duty he had to his people after their father had passed.

"Please, brother. I can help her." Her pleading eyes showed how determined she was to help, and how much she would hate him for preventing her from doing so.

"Alright, you may help if you wish. However, keep her sedated and restrain her in the lab until we are sure she is back to her usual self." These were his conditions, and no one was to argue with them. Shuri straightened herself out, giving him a polite nod with a "Thank you, brother." before walking towards the large door. "Follow me." She ushered to the Avengers, motioning for some guards to come as well.

She was glad to see Y/N still restrained and unconscious as she were to move her to the lab. They moved quickly, some worried, others honestly terrified for what was still to come. As soon as they got there, they carefully moved her and restrained her limbs with pure vibranium cuffs.

"What exactly happened?" Shuri asked, hooking her up to the machine carefully. Tony explained to the best of his ability, but even he didn't understand what the most recent turn of events were. He was mostly hoping bringing her here would bring more answers than questions as their own research had brought them.

Shuri sent all of them away, yet they promised to stay nearby in case it was needed. She focused on tending to Y/N as others took care of Peter and Natasha in the next room over. She worked for hours on end, not finding much more than Tony and Bruce had to start out with. She wished to talk to Y/N but knew it was too dangerous to wake her up.

-

Y/N woke up in a room that she could describe as dark yet way too bright for her eyes. She glanced around, seeing nothing, not even walls or ground beneath her feet.

"Y/N?" She heard her name called, recognizing it as her close friend "Shuri?" She glanced around and could almost see the girl in front of her as she spoke again. "Y/N, I'm here to help. What's going on?" Shuri spoke. She thought for a moment, not sure what Shuri was helping her with. She dug through her memory until the pain came flooding back. The pain of seeing the people she cared about hurt at her own hands.

"They took over my body." Y/N spoke with certainty, as if she had witnessed them do it.

"Are they the ones controlling the organisms?" Shuri wasn't sure who she was referring to, but needed answers fast.

"No." She thought for a moment, not sure what to say, not sure if what she was about to say would be seen as pure madness "They are the organisms." Her demeanor changed quickly as she felt something coming. She looked so frightened, her eyes urged to Shuri to leave, to stop whatever she was doing and get away from this place she had pulled her to. "GET! OUT!" An earsplitting voice roared through the space, the contact got broken abruptly and Shuri took a step back from the table, not sure what was happening.

Y/N's eyes shot open, having become bloodshot as her body was suffering, making them look bright red. She noticed her restraints, violently trashing against them, her groans as she tried to fight her way out no longer sounded human. She stopped her violent movement, having moved back enough so she could wrap her fingers around one of the cuffs that kept her in place.

"Get her sedated!" Shuri yelled to the one assisting her, the other Avengers having heard the commotion started filing back in behind the glass, fighting the urge to come in as they had been instructed to stay out. The cuffs slowly started changing colour, becoming almost transparent. Her arm yanked at the cuff a few more times until it shattered into millions of minuscule particles. Tony, Steve and Thor had already made their way inside but got stopped from getting any closer by Shuri's demand "Stay back! Don't touch her! They will hurt you!" She called to them, already having the sedative ready. Y/N was already taking care of the other cuff, not bothering with the others around her, when Shuri was able to inject her with the yellow liquid. She was supposed to drop immediately, not being able to stay conscious for longer than 5 seconds, but it had only seemed to have angered her, or 'them', more.

"OUT!" Shuri yelled, running with them and putting the entire room in lockdown. They watched Y/N break out of every one of the cuffs and getting herself on her feet, rage plastered on her face. She took a step toward the Avengers, and another, determined to get to them, yet fell to her knees. "James" She mumbled before her body hit the floor with a heavy thud.

Shuri's eyes were locked on the screen that stood next to the bed. "She's out." She mumbled, now daring to walk in again. "It seems the organisms keep her moving or wake her body up even when she's supposed to be unconscious."

Steve and Thor lifted her back on the table as Bruce looked over what she was talking about. "They're controlling her body, not her mind." He said as more of a statement than a question. Shuri nodded. "I was able to get through to her subconscious. She said the ones controlling her are the organisms. Do you know what that means?" Shuri questioned, not having found enough information to be able to help. "That's not possible," Thor spoke up, knowing full well from the fight they had who was controlling the young girl. "How would that be possible? Banner?"

Bruce had no idea how any of this was possible, but he did know who would be able to help.

Dr. Hank Pym.

They contacted Scott Lang in hopes that he could get a message through, and not long after, a new member was added to the group of genius scientists working to save not only Tony Starks's daughter but possibly a large portion of the world.
