The wolf's eyes pulsed and he took a step into the light, Jinxx stood frozen. The wolf took one more step, his eyes locked on Jinxx.
Jinxx's body moved on it's own, before she knew it her hand was brushing through his fur. Sparks ran through her hand and over her body, her eyes met his.
The black wolf let out a small growl and pressed his head against Jinxx's arm.
A twig snaps, startling both vampire and wolf. A male with icy blue eyes and short black hair saunters in, glaring at the beast.
"Jinxx, what are you doing here with that thing ?" The man hissed.
Jinxx looked to the wolf and back to the man. She rolled her eyes and stepped closer to the wolf, letting her hand snake to the other side of his neck. The wolf leaned against her, eyes locked on the man. The growl ripped from the wolf's chest.
The man took a step back, into the dark. His gaze no longer friendly, but hostile. "Jinxx, you have broken the code by collaborating with the enemy's leader. Star and Tor will grieve for your loss, a fellow vampire. Anyone impacted by you will meet their demise."
Jinxx smirked. Her heart leaping into her throat at the thought of Star being hurt or worse, but alas there was nothing she could do to stop it. "Well go, Zel, tell them of how you plan to outcast me. How you will orphan a young boy with amnesia again? Do you plan on taking him from Tor as well or let Tor have him?"
Jinxx had did her homework on Caspian. As she had on Star, Tor and Gazelle before befriending them. Gazelle glared at the girl, whom he thought his heart resided with. He did not anticipate a wolf getting in the way.
"You have chosen your path. Caspian will be dealt with. If he is good, Tor can care for him. Star is another story though. As one of the oldest, I must up hold the code."
Jinxx laughed, "Tray would love to care for Amos. Amos is older than even you, Jack. Do not tread on my name or you will end up dead. You have ventured too close long ago, you shall be getting Jinxxed soon."
The wolf let out a huff of breath and stood, leading Jinxx by the heartbroken vampire. He growled at the vampire, fierce protection of love.
Gazelle rolls his eyes and watched the two leave. The wolf walked her home and only after did he venture off to his pack.
The guilt left in Gazelle caused him to do a number of things. Which started with a call.
