Tor's body tenses further as his eyes adjusted enough to see the figure clearly. His hair was so lanky. The male was tall but not too tall. His large clothes hung limp from his lanky body. It looked as if the boy had aged years since he had last seen him. The boy looked to be about 17 or 18, his eyes stained red with vampiric blood. It was the hunter's son. Sebastian. Sebastian's eyes flickered over the two in front of him. He stepped forward causing the other two to back up. The gate slams shut, a tongue clicks to match the steps of feet.
Tor and Star's eyes dart behind them, there is a beast coming at them with an axe. Its red eyes glare with harshness and hatred. Shards of glass shatter and burst underneath Sebastian's feet. A growl erupts from the trees. All four turn to the sound, a man steps out. Hair sprouts from his body, his eyes wild. Sebastian's eyes turn to the new comer, a hiss ripping from his throat. He turns and walks back to the house. Moments later, he returns with a gun.
Sebastian raises the pistol slowly, his eyes locked on the creature. His voice hard, "Diu vivere shifter. Deus, propitius esto tibi."
Long live the shifter. God, be merciful to you.
Sebastian pulls the trigger numerous times. The sound of bullets piercing the air and later the flesh of the shifter cause Star and Tor to shrink away. Sebastian's cold gaze sets on Tor, the gun moves to lock on. Tor pales, "Plea-"
Star steps in front of Tor, "Would you really shoot at a defenseless vampire who remembers nothing? For Pete's sake he doesn't even know why he craves blood!"
Tor's eyes widen, "I'm a vamp-"
Star's eyes narrow, "Great. Tor-"
Tor spins Star around and looks into her eyes, "I'm not gonna shut up about this. I-"
Star pulls Tor down and places her lips onto his fiercely. Tor pulls the blonde vampire close, melting against her. The sound of the gun cocking snaps them out of the moment.
Tor pulls Star behind him, his eyes narrowed. Tor bares his fangs at the boy with the gun. Sebastian smirks and waves the gun, "Don't worry there are plenty of bullets for the two of you."
A single bullet pierces the air. Tor utters a grunt when he hits the ground.
