A banging on the apartment door woke Jinxx. Before she could get out of bed, it was replaced by shouting. Still half asleep she couldn't understand it. She pulled herself out of bed, clad in her tee and sweats. She walked into the room and saw the broad naked back of Blaze. Standing infront of him, shouting was a man with green eyes and brown hair.
Blaze waved his hands around in a gesture and frantically tried to make him be quiet, "Cody, shut up dude. You are gonna wake her if you haven't already. "
Cody carried on, green eyes flaring, "Don't you even start Blaze! You ruined my freaking white Mustang!!"
Jinxx rubbed her eyes and ventured over to the pair. Cody immediately shut his mouth. Blaze attempted to turn but Jinxx's arms snaked around his waist, causing sparks along where the skin touches.
Blaze glares at Cody, "Good job, Cody."
Cody rubbed the back of his neck as Blaze wrapped his arms around Jinxx and pulled her close. Blaze lowered his head to rest his cheek against Jinxx's head.
Jinxx yawns before asking the boys, "How did you guys get in anyways?"
Blaze stiffened, not wanting to mention that he convinced the apartment owner he was Jinxx's husband and she had approved it. He cleared his throat, "Found the extra key..."
Jinxx pulled away and looked at Blaze, her gaze caught on the ink staining his chest. Right over his heart was a tattoo, a yingyang symbol with a hand print, size exactly the same as Jinxx's, in the top part and a howling wolf in the other. A smile made its way onto Jinxx's face, placing her hand into the print.
Perfect fit.
Blaze grinned and placed his hand over hers, "I guess I found the key to my heart, hmm?"
Cody scoffed, drawing Blaze's and Jinxx's attention. They raised an eyebrow. Cody looked from one to the other, "I'm gonna... go."
Cody slips out of the door as the pair stares at each other. Blaze pulls her to the kitchen, "Coffee?"
He slides a cup of coffee into her hands. Jinxx takes a few sips before setting it down and watches Blaze move around the kitchen. Blaze takes his time making eggs, bacon, and sausage for breakfast. Jinxx helps him set the small square table. Jinxx watches Blaze load his plate with meat and eggs, before getting some for herself.
"So how did you really get in?" Jinxx watches as Blaze almost drops his fork.
