Kakashi x Yamato

Chapter 2

Kakashi's POV:

-"...so close."

I just kept going, I wanted to clear my mind after what happened, so I decided to go to someplace separate from everyone. I just sat there on a tree for half an hour and still couldn't stop thinking about it. only one movement, one single movement but... I just...I froze.

-"what if he has no feelings towards me?"

-"what if I would've made that one little step? what would happen?"

-"what if.........uhhh"

Everything's just so complicated. I can't open up to him and especially I couldn't just kiss him out of the blue, because that would've been weird and so unexpected, hmm... what were his actions all about? Why was he acting so strange? But he just came back from a mission on which he probably was with Naruto so I'm not that surprised..... yeah it was probably nothing, well at least it was nothing about ...me....

Yamato's POV:

After I ran away I hid in the dark corner, calmed myself down, cleaned my face from tears, and went to my previous destination, I finally reported in and went to my house.

-"*sigh* finally, sweet home."

I wanted to take a shower so I took off my clothes and stood under a hot stream of water for a while, thinking about today.

-" I can't deny... I actually enjoyed that little moment, well if we even can call it a moment....we were really so...close."

I got from the shower, dressed up, and went straight to the bed.

~AFTER AN HOUR~

-" of course I can't sleep...uhh"

I turned to the other side, so I could face the window.

-"well...at least not without him..."

~TIME PASSES~

Nobody's POV:

After a week everything got back to "normal", if we can call it normal, Yamato continued to stalk Kakashi from far away and kept dreaming about him and Kakashi, like everything, was okay. But we all know how they really felt inside.

Until...

Yamato's POV:

-"oh guy, hello haven't seen you for a while."

-" heyyy Yamato, my good friend, Hokage sama's looking for you, she said she's got some sort of a mission."

-"a mission? Ok, well it was nice seeing you, bye"

-"Hopefully after your mission you'll be free for some dumplings." -he smiled and walked away.

-"A mission huh?"

I arrived at Hokage's place and knocked on the door.

-"come in"- lady Tsunade said.

as I opened the door I immediately saw Kakashi senpai talking to lady Tsunade, they were discussing something. When I went in he turned around and waved his hand.

-" hey, Tenzo ...oh, sorry ...Yamato "

-"He just can't get over calling me Tenzo can he?"

-"H...Hello...Kakashi senpai, Lady Tsunade"

-"Yamato, what great timing"- she said." We were just discussing the mission that you two are going on."

-"WHAT! Me and Kakashi?! TOGETHER?!"

I yelled in my mind, it was so unexpected to me. I was confused,  but at the same time kind of...happy?!

Lady Tsunade gave us some instructions and we went on a mission immediately after that. It was just a package delivery though, nothing special, but the destination point was very far away, only 4 days to get there and another 4 to come back.

-"just amazing*sigh* I can't even talk to Kakashi senpai normally and now we are going on a mission together! well this is not going to be easy".
