CHAPTER 18 : Traitors

VINCENT POV:

I'm with my soldier, and we will be going to the infirmary because dad wanted to talk to me, but I had no idea what we were going to talk about—in fact, I was nervous because dad only called me once, unlike Nero, who always carries the kingdom's burden on his shoulders and the responsibilities that dad passed on to him.

The truth is that I'm a bit tripped up because the timing is wrong. I should be the first one to dance with Celestine tonight. She was so beautiful earlier, so I was a little worried that some male vampires might approach her, especially since I am not with her, but I am confident that my brother will not like it either; I know that his eyes are now fixed only on Celestine.

sumenyas siya sa mga kawal niya na lumabas muna saglit at hayaang kaming tatlo lang ang nasa loob, sinunod naman kaagad ito ng mga kawal.

Sabat ng wizard na medyo nagpakunot sa aming noo ni Ama, bumuntong hininga siya tsaka tumayo.

"King Peter was one of the ones we asked for help when the heartless Hallows gradually invaded our kingdom. My father was the general of the wizard's army back then, and Queen Vanica trusted him...
