When you stand in front of that mirror,
Tell me does your place in life become clearer,
When you pose so perfectly
Tell me if you're seeing what I see.Is it an overabundance of confidence?
Or are you simply faking it?
Is it just a fun interest,
Or is what you're feeling serious? How can you look so long without hating yourself
Or becoming consumrd with thoughts of everyone else
I wonder if it is the real you you're seeing
Or if you also see an inhuman beingI know from my angle that my view is good
But now I want to see what you do when you look
You whip out your phone to take pics for the gram' or the book'
But I don't think they'll appreciate it the way that they shouldSure it might make me laugh, and it might make me smile
The way that you find a reflection every once in a while
But I can't judge, not would I want to
I love seeing the way that you've learned to be you
