She's young and aged only 16,
and to her friends she's everything.
When she goes home and is alone,
She does something and no one knows. There's a chatroom,
she logs onto,
every day from 8 to noon.
She met a guy.
She says he's sweet and that she likes the way he speaks.
In the chatroom he's always polite,
and when he wants things he's always nice.
Sweet like sugar, he's missing spice.
How couldn't she tell that something wasn't right?
When he said he wanted nudes, she gave them to him because she's not a prude.
Then when he said "Hey, let's meet up!",
She said "Well why not? What the fuck!"
So she snuck out into the town while her parents weren't around,
She didn't tell them about her plan.
She knew they wouldn't understand.
They'd tell her "No,
you can not go."
She said "I trust him with my life."
"I mean come on he's a great guy."
But in case she'll tell her friend
That he just might be popping by
And she'll meet him right in town
In case he's really a bad guy
I took most of the precautions
and I won't meet him alone
But I don't want to lose him
And I just can't let him go
But she's only afraid to lose,
the version of him that she knows.
And its a possibility,
that it's
her
he
won't
let
go.
