Life and Love of Madison and Kris

Chapter 1441: Practice/Disney Karaoke with the kids

The morning Madison and Kris woke up when the alarm went off.

"Sorry baby I have practice." Kris says.

"I know baby and I have my job." Madison says.

"True.   Well we better get up." Kris says.

"Yes cus later I have something fun planned for us with the kids." Madison says.

"What is that baby?" Kris asks.

"A Disney Karaoke night with the kid." Madison replies.

"That would be fun and the kids will love it." Kris says.

"Yeah us girls thought it would be." Madison says.

They both get dressed and head downstairs.    The gang met there.     The kids were still sleeping.  They sneak out of the house head out out to the car.    They pile in and head to the practice facility.     A little bit later they arrive and park.   They then head inside.    The girls head to grab breakfast.   They make a plate and then sit down and eat.

"So Disney Karaoke night is a go.  Kris was on board with it." Madison says.

"I know so was Sid." Nadia says.

"Justin was too.   He said it would be cute." Autumn says.

"So did Jake." Taylor replies.

"Tristan did as well." Meredith says.

"So did Grumpy bear Geno." Anna says.

The girls giggle at that knowing how he could be sometimes.     They eat their food and chat.    The guys trickle in and out as well.   Finally Madison heads to her office and does a few things.    She looked over scans for Petterson and Rikkula.    It didn't look good.    She sent the information to Sully.    She then grabs her lap top and heads down to the rink.    The girls meet there.   A few minutes later the guys take the ice and practice starts.    

It was a good practice and everyone looked good as they prepared for the Rangers this weekend.    It ends and the girls head to their offices.   Madison had some things she needed to do.         Finally she finished and headed down to meet the gang.   Everyone was there except for Sid and Kris.

"Sid had media and I think Kris was working on something with Dumo and Oliver." Justin says.

"Okay." Madison says.

"They will be right out." The guys say.

"Okay." The girls say.

They waited for them.

Kris headed into the locker room.    

"Kris can I ask you for some tips." Oliver says.

"Sure." Kris replies.

Oliver pulls him off to the side.   Dumo had just finished his media and joins them.   They help him out as much as they could to prepare him for what could be his first NHL start.    Dumo and Oliver shower and then leave.    Kris went to look for Sid.   He had just finished his media and was coming back to shower.     Kris follows him in.

"You didn't shower yet?" Sid asks.

"Nope was waiting for you." Kris says.

"Hmm okay." Sid says.

"I missed you." Kris replies.

"I know I missed you too." Sid says kissing him.

Kris kisses back.    Finally they break away.

"We better hurry we don't want to keep the gang waiting." Kris says.

"No but later tonight I will come sleep with you and Maddie girl." Sid says.

"Okay." Kris says.

They shower and then change.   They head out meeting the rest of the gang.    They head back to the house stopping to get pizza's and other things for lunch.    They head inside and then eat with the kids.    After they finish eating they head and do school and education with the kids.   When that was finished and submitted they lay them down for a much needed nap.    During that time the girls did some cleaning and laundry.   The guys set up the room for karaoke.   

A little bit later they kids wake up.    Ruth and Trina had made dinner for them.   They made meat loaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli and gravy.   When it was done they sit down and eat together.   After they finished the guys clean up the dishes and put the leftovers away.   The girls take the kids into the game room.

"What is this?" Olivia asks.

"We are going to have a Disney karaoke night." Nadia says.

"Oh that will be fun." Micah says.

"Yes we figured it would be." Madison says.

The kids were all excited.   They all gather around.   Kris and Madison's kids got to pick their three songs.   They chose Let it Go, Kiss the Girl and Part of your World.       Nadia and Sid's kids went next they sang Can You Feel the love tonight, Bare Necessities and Be Our Guest.    Then it was Geno and Anna's kids.   They chose Friend Like Me, I can't wait to be king and You've Got  Friend in me.    Justin and Autumn's kids chose next they picked Reflection, Everybody Wants to be a Cat and Love is an Open Door.    Jake and Taylor's kids went next and they chose Do you want to build a snowman, Colors of the Wind and Let's Go Fly a Kite.    Finally Meredith and Tristan picked A Whole New World, When you Wish upon a star and Hakuna Matata for the twins.   It was cute it was fun and the kids had a blast.   The adults had fun too.    Finally they clean up and the tuck the kids into their fort.    They turn on a movie and it didn't take the kids long to be out.      The girls grab wine/beer and the snacks and join the guys out on the patio.   Kris lit a fire.    They then sat down and Geno dealt the cards.    They play a few rounds of poker then follow up with cards of humanity.   It was fun.    Finally they clean up and head inside.   It was getting late.   Madison and Kris check on the kids.   They were still sleeping.      They then let the animals out and then head up to their room.     They get ready for bed.

"Sid is going to come in and sleep with us tonight." Kris says.

"Okay baby.   What about Nadia?" Madison asks.

"I don't think so baby." Kris replies.

"Okay baby." Madison says.

A few minutes later Sid comes into the room.

"Nadia isn't feeling well.   She has a migraine so I gave her a neck massage and gave her, her medicine and she is sleeping it off.   But she told me to come have fun." Sid says.

"I am not feeling great either." Madison says.

"What is wrong?" Kris asks.

"Nothing baby, just tired." Madison says.

"Well then we will not keep you up.   We can just cuddle." Sid says.

"Okay." Madison says.

They climb into bed.   Madison takes her spot laying on Kris's chest.    Sid was laying beside Kris spooning him.    He ends up falling asleep. 

"Baby are you okay?" Kris asks.

"Yes I am fine baby just tired.   I promise." Madison says.

"Maybe Nadia should look at you in the morning." Kris says.

"Okay." Madison says.

Kris kisses her head.   

"Goodnight baby, I love you." Kris says.

"Goodnight baby, I love you too." Madison replies.

They then both drift off joining Sid in a much needed sleep.
