The next morning Madison and Kris woke up when the alarm went off.
"Hey baby, good morning." Madison says kissing his head.
"Hey baby, good morning to you too." Kris says kissing her belly a few times.
"Are you feeling okay baby?" Madison asks.
"Yes I am better. Than you for being there and knowing what I need." Kris says.
"Always baby." Madison says.
"We don't have practice today but off ice stuff up in the conference room." Kris replies.
"I know baby. I was invited cus we are having a team and staff breakfast." Madison replies.
"Yeah that is good. You can watch the video with us and maybe see something we miss." Kris says.
"I know that's what coach said too." Madison says.
"Also I know we are all confronting Rust and Chad." Madison says.
"Yeah Sid and I decided it was time to address it so to speak." Kris replies.
"Are you guys going to officially come out?" Madison asks.
"Yes we are tried of hiding and they are our family too." Kris says.
"You guys are brave. You know I will be right there behind you, beside you whatever you need." Madison says.
"I know baby and I appreciate it more then you could have ever know." Kris replies.
They both get up and get dressed. Madison links her fingers with his as they head out of the room. She squeezes his hand and locks eyes with him. Kris squeezes back. They head up to the conference room. They take their seat at the table. Coach had put the whole gang together. Kris and Madison take their seats and remove their masks.
Little by little everyone starts to trickle in and sit down. Justin and Autumn arrive followed by Jake and Taylor and then Nadia and Sid, Geno and Anna and Tristan and Meredith.
"Okay guys so we are going to watch the reply of the game. So take notes and then we will discuss it afterwards as one big group. Finally we will then have breakfast." Sullivan says.
"Sounds good then while we are eating breakfast Kris and I need to talk to everyone." Sid says.
"Okay." Sullivan replies.
He turns on the game and they sit and watch. Kris enters his zone. Madison loved watching him. She took notes with him. They all cheered again when Justin took out Wilson.
"Damn how did I miss that?" Autumn asks.
"Right I missed it too but your husband is a hero." Taylor says.
"He took out the trash." Madison says.
"Yes he did." Meredith replies.
"Something needs to be done about that guy." Nadia says.
"Yes that should be addressed." Anna says.
The girls nod their heads as they all write in all caps TOM WILSON! No puns intended. Finally they get towards the end of the game. Madison put down one of the forwards should have giving Kris their sticks both times. It finished and they turn the lights on. They start to discuss different things starting at the beginning of the game.
"What are we going to do about Tom Wilson?" Sid asks.
"Yes how many players is he going to potentially take out before we do something?" Kris asks.
