The next morning Madison and Kris woke up when the alarm went off.
"Guess we have practice today." Madison says.
"Yes baby we do. But just think because of the cancellation of Jersey we get some extra days with our babies." Kris says kissing her head.
"Yes I know and I am happy about that." Madison says
"Good baby. I'm happy you are happy." Kris says.
They both get up and get dressed. They head down stairs. Everyone meets there. They head out to the car and pile in. They head to the practice facility and park. They head inside. Kris and the boys head to the locker room and Madison and the girls head to do what they needed to do.
Madison checked in with Dumo to see how his rehab was going. She was impressed. She then heads to the runway. The girls meet there and no sooner then that practice started.
"Glad you are feeling better sweetie."' Madison says to Nadia.
"Thanks sweetie me too. I hate when these migraines come." Nadia says.
"Yes they suck while pregnant because we can't take anything." Taylor says.
"Yes they do. It sucks that they haven't figured out a good medicine for them you can take while pregnant." Autumn says.
"Right we need to get on that cus lord knows Tylenol don't do crap." Meredith says.
"Word." Anna says.
Practice starts. Not long into it there was a collision between Matheson and another player. He comes off the ice and Nadia leaves to tend to him. The rest of practice was uneventful. Madison got a good shot of Kris smiling. Practice ends and Madison goes and does what she wanted to do before leaving for the day.

Kris heads off the ice after practice. He was glad he didn't have media. He sheds his equipment. He sits in front of his locker waiting for more people to finish showering and changing so he could. Finally the showers cleared out and he heads to grab a stall. He goes and turns the water on getting it nice and hot. He stands under the spray.
"Hey baby." Sid says kissing his back as he comes up behind Kris.
"Hey baby." Kris says.
"I missed you." Sid says.
"I missed you too but get Nadia needs you too. I know she comes first with you, just like Madison with me." Kris says.
"I know baby. I love that about you. Always putting others before you." Sid says.
"I try." Kris says.
Sid kisses his back as his hands roam down his body. Kris leans back against him.
