Perrie's POV
The sound of my alarm blaring into my ear jolted me awake. I quickly fumbled with the damn phone to shut it up. I don't even know why I bothered, though. A semi could roll right through here and it wouldn't wake Jade up.
I stretched and immediately felt the pain in my back and hip, before realizing we actually spent the whole night on the living room floor. The tv was still playing and everything. I looked down at her and she looked like she was sleeping so peacefully. I don't know how, on this hard ass floor, but either way, I was glad she was.
This was always my least favorite part of the day. Leaving her. I hated it. Being away isn't so bad, because when we're not texting, we're on the phone. The actual untangling myself from her every morning was hard, though. I wanted to wake up with her, and not have her wake up without me. I ran my hand across her cheek and smiled.
I had the opportunity to stay here, and wake up with my wife to get our son ready for school, eat breakfast as a family, and drop him off together. I know. She pointed that out to me daily. For some reason, I just found it hard to quit my job. And I don't even know why. It's not even like I like the place. Today just might be the day, though. Because this part of my morning is getting harder and harder.
"Babe, wake up. You need to get in bed." I tapped her, but of course I got no response. I rolled my eyes, knowing what I had to do to wake her up, not that I minded one bit.
I leaned down and kissed her face. She was laying on her side, so I could only get to half of it, but I made sure to cover every inch with kisses. When I leaned down to kiss under her ear, I heard a quiet moan.
"Wake up, baby." I whispered as I started to bite at her ear and tug it with my teeth.
"Mmmmm." Now that was a loud moan. "Do that one more time." She mumbled and I smiled, leaning down to bite on her ear again. "That feels good." Her eyes were still closed.
"I need to get ready for work and don't want to leave you in here on the floor. Come on, let me put you to bed." I said.
"Now, when you say 'put me to bed' what exactly do you mean?" She opened one eye and I laughed, looking down at my watch.
"If you get up right now, it could mean whatever you want it to mean." In less than a second she was on her feet and pulling me up off the floor. I giggled as she dragged me to the bedroom.

I stepped out of the shower and into the bedroom to quickly get dressed. Since I had just spent the last 30 or so minutes 'putting her to bed', I was pressed for time.
When I was dressed, I looked over at her and she was passed out. I walked over to kiss her before I left, and as soon as I pulled away I heard her speak.
"Baby?"
"Yes?" I answered softly.
"Can I meet you for lunch today? There's something I need to tell you." When she said that, my heart dropped and I panicked and wondered what it could be that she needed to tell me that she couldn't say right now.
"Sure. Is everything okay?" I asked nervously.
"Yeah, angel. Don't worry. I'll call you later. Have a good day." She whispered as her eyes slowly closed again.
I kissed her forehead before leaving her and going to do the same to Jaden.

The day was going by excruciatingly slowly as I waited for lunch time. I'd been overthinking all day about what it was she could possibly want to talk about. I wish she hadn't told me we needed to talk this morning, because I've been a nervous wreck all day. My co-workers thought I was crazy.
