Perrie's POV

The next morning we both woke up, still on the couch, with raging headaches and both of us just a little bit queasy. It hurt for us to even speak to each other. We ended up ordering pancakes and bacon to be delivered because we could barely get off the couch, but we were starving.

When the bell rang, she groaned and dragged herself to the door. She tipped the delivery guy and brought the food in.

"Baby, can we close the blinds? It's so bright in here." I groaned.

She closed all of the blinds, but it was still bright as hell. "I don't think it's gonna make much of a difference. Is your head hurting too?" I nodded. "We can go get in bed. It's not bright back there. You want to?"

"Anything but this." I groaned again. She reached her hand out for me to help me off the couch.

"Take the food. I'll be right there. I'm gonna get us some water and pain killers." She kissed my cheek and walked into the kitchen.

When she made it to the bedroom, I was already stretched across the bed. I felt her climb in and get under the covers, turning on the tv. It was still on sponge bob from the last time Jaden watched it, so we left it there.

"Come here." She said softly, patting the spot next to her, and I scooted over to her. She turned to face me, and when she opened the food, instead of feeding herself, she started to cut up pancakes and feed them to me. She's always been so selfless like that.

"Babe, I know you're hungry too. You should eat. I'll be fine." I said, but she ignored me and continued to feed me.

"Bite." She said, holding a slice of bacon to my mouth and I did.

I leaned into her and we watched sponge bob while she fed me until I was full and didn't want anymore. She noticed because I saw her put the food aside and lean over to the nightstand.

"Open your mouth." She said.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Open."

I opened my mouth and she placed two pills on my tongue, before opening a bottle of water and giving it to me to drink. When I finished the whole thing, she softly kissed my forehead.

"Lay down, angel. You'll feel better soon." She whispered, and my heart melted.

She was literally the sweetest, gentlest person I knew. I laid my head on her shoulder and watched tv while she ate all of her food and took her own pain killers.

When she finished, she put the empty containers on the nightstand. "Lean forward." She whispered.

When I did, she swung her leg around me and pulled me back so that I was sitting between her legs and leaning back on her. She kissed my head again and wrapped her arms around me. I sighed, placing my hands on top of hers and smiling. It didn't take long for us to fall asleep like this.

Once again, I was the first to wake up quite a few hours later. It was now after 3pm and even though we literally slept all day, I felt much better. I smiled, realizing her arms were still tight around me. I never wanted to leave this spot.

I laid there in her arms for a little while longer, thinking about her, about us, our life, our future, our past, and our plans. I smiled to myself, excited for the rest of my life with her.
