 Nino's POV:

I was not sure was I was thinking.

I just bought something from Adrien.

How was I to come up with the money?

I was not expecting payment for the artwork until next week.

I completed the comic strip and clicked on send.

Nino's POV:

I hoped my boss liked the work.

I deserved a raise, according to Alya.

I worked three jobs.

I had my job at the art shop, the comic strip business, and there was the wig business.

Goodness, I was so busy, I was surprised Alya, and I even had time to spend together.

I  supposed I was just fortunate.

  Nino's POV:

I turned in my lottery ticket from last week.

I  knew it was a long shot, but I probably would not win.

I breathed a sigh of relief as the numbers 1-12-23-45-56-42 were called.

I shouted at the top of my lungs, "Yes, I won!  I won the lottery!"

  Nino's   POV:

     I grinned.

     I claimed my prize.

After taxes, the total won came to $10,000.  It was still enough to pay for the ring.

I posted a response as to where to meet me with the piece of jewelry.

       Nino's  POV:

       I waited for an answer.

Good, I thought it did not sound like it was too far from here.

        I bought a few flowers.

I gently placed them in the new vase with water for Alya.

I hoped Adrien would not be disappointed about who purchased the item.
