Chapter 12: Surprise pt. 2

Third person's POV

"Anne where are you guys?" Mina asked her cousin through the phone, she's now on her way to phoenix cafe where Anne told her earlier to meet with them.

"We're sitting at the window side right now waiting for you." Anne answered her and she just said a simple 'okay' before she hanged up and fidgeted with her fingers again while waiting for her to arrive at her destination.

"This is it Sharon, you can do this." She said to herself before entering the cafe and immediately saw her cousins when Savanna raised her hand gesturing for her to come to them.

"H-hey guys." She greeted her cousins with a nervous smile but what they did surprised her—they hugged her tight expressing how much they missed her.

"We missed you Mitang." Savanna said pouting while looking at their cousin who was sitting across them beside Anne.

"I missed you too guys." She said smiling at her cousins.

"S-so what are you guys doing here?" Mina asked her cousins with a nervous smile.

"We're here for you of course." Molly answered her with a smile that made her nervous—'I guess I'm really going to leave Chaeyoung now huh?' She thought to herself that made a sad smile crept on her lips that her cousins had noticed.

"But we aren't here to take you back to Japan." Savanna said that surprised her but internally made her happy.

"But we have to take you home with us to where we are staying at." Anne added that made her look at her eldest cousin with a shocked expression while Anne smiled sadly at her.

"T-take me with you?" She asked while Anne nodded her head at her.

"Grandpa told us to come here to look after you and guide you here." Anne added and smiled at her before holding her hand that was on the table and caressed it.

"He said that he'll let you stay here and make your decision and be happy, but he also said that you still have to come back to the kingdom because you're a princess, one out of the three four of us and out other cousins would be chosen to rule the kingdom someday so you still have to come back okay?" Anne told her with a smile so she nodded and returned the smile to her.

"B-but guys...you need to know something." She said and looked down on her lap nervous of how she's going to tell them about Chaeyoung.

"What is it? Spill the tea." Savanna asked her so she heaved a deep sigh before looking back up to her cousins.

"I-i have a g-girlfriend now." She said and looked down again nervous for her cousins reactions.

"Why are you so nervous?" Molly asked her with a smile so she looked up and saw them smiling at her.

"Sh—Mina, it's okay we're happy for you." Savanna told her almost slipping her name but still gave her an understanding smile while caressing her hand gently.

"As long as you are happy it's okay, our little princess' happiness is our happiness." Molly told her with a bright smile then looked to her side when she felt Anne put her hand on her shoulder.

"But we still have to meet her okay?" She told the young princess who nodded and smiled at them—'I'm still staying here, but I won't be waking up in Chaeyoung's arms.' She said in her thoughts that brought out a sad smile on her face that her cousins had quickly noticed but didn't push her to spill.

That afternoon the four princesses stayed at the cafe for hours talking and catching up before they decided to go where Mina was living with Chaeyoung and also because in an hour the younger would be home too and Mina doesn't know how to say to her that she's going to move with her cousin now.
