Chapter 31

Third person's POV

"Where are we going now Chaeyoung-ah?" Mina asked the younger who was driving out of Seoul now.

"I'll take you to a place I go to whenever I'm stressed, sad, frustrated or longing for someone that I love." Chaeyoung answered taking a quick glance at her and smiled before focusing on driving again—'Longing for someone that she loves? Is it...is it perhaps the girl who left her? Does she miss her? Does she still miss her? Does...does she still love her?' Mina asked questions in her mind that made herself sad with the thoughts—'No Mina! You can't be sad, don't ruin the beautiful day you had with her, you're going to make every moment with her count before you leave her right? Right, so don't ruin the moment and let those thoughts be.' She reminded herself before looking out the window and saw beautiful fields being lighted up with fireflies under the beautiful moon of the night.

"Here we are." Chaeyoung mumbled after stopping her car and went out just to open the door for Mina and held her hand out which the Princess took with a smile.

"Where are we?" Mina asked her looking around the place and saw a beautiful view of Seoul from above where the lights of the night in Seoul is seen from where they are.

"This place is where I go whenever I'm sad, frustrated, stressed or when I simply miss someone that I love." Chaeyoung repeated her answer earlier while smiling sitting on the ground looking over at the beautiful view in front of them.

"This place is beautiful." Mina mumbled sitting next to the younger who hummed and smiled.

Silence engulfed the two as they both just look at the beautiful view in front of them, both didn't wanna speak and just wanted to savor the moment with the person they love.

"Mina?" But the younger decided to break the silence and called the Princess who only hummed as a response to her.

"Don't leave me okay? You love me right? So don't leave me, I don't know what I'd do with my life without you in it, I can't take losing you Mina." She said and turned to Mina who was shocked and turned her head just to see the younger already looking at her.

"You won't right?" Chaeyoung asked again smiling at her.

"I won't Chaeyoung, I won't leave you I promise." Mina answered smiling at the younger who smiled and cupped her cheeks and attached her lips to hers and kissed her softly which she responded to and smiled when the younger pulled away and smiled at her and pecked her lips again before the Princess put her head on the younger's shoulder while the Chaeyoung put her arm around her shoulder and leaned her head on Mina's head.

'I'm sorry if I'm not going to be to fulfill that promise to you Chaeyoung, but do know that I love you more than anything in this world and I would always love you no matter what.'

"Oh mom, uncle Theo welcome!" Chaeyoung greeted when she saw her mom and his new husband inside her house waiting for them—it's their dinner night that she asked before.

"We were too early to come here." Theo said after hugging Chaeyoung and smiled at her.

"No it's okay, we were just out on a date celebrating." Chaeyoung said and lead them back to the living room.

"Oh uncle Theo this is Mina my girlfriend and love this is uncle Theo my moms husband." Chaeyoung introduced her step-father to Mina who smiled and took the hand shake Theo was offering her.

"Nice to finally meet the girl that this strawberry princess loves, and I must say you look really beautiful." He said smiling at her while she blushed at the compliment that he gave her.

"Thank you sir, you look good yourself too." She said smiling shyly at the man who laughed.

"Just uncle Theo would be good." He said while she just nodded and smiled.
