Third person's POV
"Mina-yah!" Chaeyoung yelled from the guest room where she and Mina had been sleeping in Jihyo's house for weeks now.
"Mina~" She called again and heard laughter from the back so she went out to the back and saw Mina with Jihyo and Sung-hoon playing.
"Good morning Chaeng!" Mina exclaimed happily when she saw her wife standing at the wide door frame looking over at them.
"Good morning, seems like you three are having fun here." Chaeyoung said as she walks closer to them and carried Sung-hoon in her arms.
"Good morning little Son~" She softly said as she showers Sung-hoon with kisses causing the little boy to giggle.
"He woke up early and he was crying, so I called Mina and he pooed on his diapers I didn't know how to change and Mina taught me how to." Jihyo said as she caress Sung-hoon's head smiling as she sees her nephew laughing uncontrollably in his mother's arms.
"You're giving birth in a matter of months from now right?" Chaeyoung asked while her sister nodded.
"I'm excited to see my first niece." She said smiling happily as she looks to her sister who was also smiling widely at her with excitement in her eyes like the younger.
"Sung-hoon will have a playmate now." Mina joined and chuckled when Sung-hoon let out a soft laugh.
"And it seems like this little boy can't wait too huh?" Chaeyoung said as she throws Sung-hoon up and catches him while he was laughing from the feeling of being high up then landing on his mothers arms.
"Yah don't throw him like that!" Both Jihyo and Mina said in unison worried about Sung-hoon slipping from Chaeyoung's arms if she didn't catch him.
"I can catch him don't worry." Chaeyoung assured and threw Sung-hoon high up again that worried the two more.
"Nope, not anymore." Mina said and took Sung-hoon from Chaeyoung.
"Why?~" Chaeyoung whined like a child while her wife threw a glare at her while Jihyo looks at them admiring how cute they look.
"Stop whining Chaeyoung you look like a kid." Jihyo said that made Chaeyoung turn to her with a pout causing her to giggle at her sisters cuteness even though she's already married and already has a child she still manages to be a child just to make them laugh.
"I am a kid unnie~" Chaeyoung said in a baby like voice that made two ladies laugh at her cute acting.
"It's like you're much more babier than Sung-hoon Chaeng." Mina said looking at her wife who pouted more with puppy eyes that just makes her giggle.
"Alright alright I'll stop now." Chaeyoung said and hugged Mina before placing a soft kiss on her forehead and smiled.
"I'll be traveling back to Seoul after lunch, I have an important meeting that I can't miss, would the three of you be okay here?" Chaeyoung said and asked as she looks at her sister and her wife who nodded.
"You don't have to worry because Daniel will be here before lunch, he'll accompany me and Mina along with the girls to the mall." Jihyo said.
"You're going to the mall?" Chaeyoung asked while the two nodded.
"We're going to help Jih in picking out clothes for her baby." Mina answered while Chaeyoung just nodded.
"Call me when something happens okay? I'll come right away." She said while the two nodded.
After their little playtime in the backyard with Sung-hoon the three decided to go back inside to have their breakfast which Chaeyoung cooked for them. They enjoyed their meal that is filled with laughter because of Sung-hoon giving his dada a hard time in feeding him the mashed carrots but still successfully fed him.
When their breakfast was done Mina and Jihyo decided to bathe Sung-hoon while Chaeyoung took a bath too and got herself ready to go back to Seoul for her meeting.
And just in time when they were about to start their lunch Daniel just came home and decided to join them for lunch before going to the mall with Mina and Jihyo.
"Call me when something happens okay? I'll come right away so call me as soon as possible 'kay?" Chaeyoung reminded her wife again who nodded and giggled because that was the nth time she reminded her that.
"I got it Chaeng, you don't have to remind me again don't worry I'll call you right away promise so go before you miss your meeting." Mina said and kissed her on the cheeks before giving her a smile.
"I'm just worried but okay since you promised I'll be going now." The younger said and kissed her forehead before turning to Sung-hoon and kissed his forehead too and smiled at them before entering her car that was waiting already for her.
When her car drove away she immediately took her phone and dialed a number.
"Is everyone there?" She asked.
"Okay good, I'll be there as fast as I can." She told her secretary before hanging up and focused on looking at the road on her way back to Seoul.
After a couple of hours she finally reached Seoul and went straight to her company where the meeting will be held.
"Good afternoon Miss Son." Everyone inside the conference room greeted as soon as she walked inside the room. She gestured for them to sit and so they did. Soon the meeting about the finance for the company's recent sales and stocks has started and everyone listened to the presenters carefully all ears on them especially the CEO herself.
"Well that was a great presentation, and everyone good job our sales has increased by 30% in the past month after the new game has been released so that earns everyone a bonus on their paychecks by the end of this month." Chaeyoung said that made every employee inside the room cheer in happiness by the sudden news and that also makes Chaeyoung happy seeing them all happy with the news that she gave.
"So that's it everyone dismissed." She said and stood up from her chair before walking out first and went to her office.
"Do I have anything else to do?" She asked her secretary who was following her from behind with her tablet that contains her schedules and other important things.
"You just have to sign papers and you're all free again Miss Son." Miss Kim said and so when she entered her office she immediately started on doing her work in signing the papers when her phone ringed.
"What?!"
Everything was okay.
Nothing was wrong.
Everyone was happy.
But every happiness contains pain and sorrow.
What happened?
Who called?
Why did the person call?
What would happen next?
