Chapter 2: News

Third person's POV

"Arranged marriage?!" The four princesses exclaimed after hearing about the news they wanted to discuss.

"Yes an arranged marriage, we have set one of you to marry a person that came from the family that we trust the most and we know for sure that-that person would be good for the one among the four of you." Lord Itsuki said looking at his granddaughters that still has a shocked expression on their faces.

"B-but who did you choose grandpa?" Savanna asked looking at Lord Itsuki who looked at his sons and nodded before answering.

"You." He simply answered and pointed at one of the princesses and they all looked at who he was pointing and was shocked when they saw that Sharon was the one he was pointing at.

"Me?!" Sharon asked shocked as her grandfather had pointed her and nodded.

"B-but why me grandpa? I mean shouldn't it be Anne because she's the eldest?" She asked looking at him but he just shook his head.

"We are not that traditional Sharon, it's not about who is the eldest it's about who is deserving and rightful." Molly's father said calming Sharon down but she just shook her head couldn't accept what she heard.

"It's just like what happened to us Sharon, your father was chosen as the next King because he deserved it and he was rightful for the place and now look at our kingdom and country we're the best among the best because he is a great king, all four of us are great kings but there is a standard for that part and your father is beyond that even tho he is the third child." Savanna's father said also looking at her.

"But why me? Do I deserve getting married to that person? Did I past a test or something that I didn't know? Was there a standard for getting married too?" She continuously asked looking at them almost tearing up but held it back—'I still want to meet the person I see in my dreams, the person I promised to marry so why me?!'

"There isn't a standard for getting married Sharon." Her father simply said looking at her too making her tears fall down.

"If there isn't then why me?!" She asked yelling her anger out, she didn't wanna get married because of the person in her dreams that she always sees because she promised to that person that she will be getting married to the said person so she is eager to see that persons face in her dreams so she could find who the person is but she wouldn't get the chance anymore now that she's getting married.

"It's already said and done Sharon, the family of the person you're getting married to will be coming here next week with their child so you have to be here to meet them." Her father said and she just shook her head and ran out the room crying while her cousins looked at her as her silhouette completely fades away so they stood up and bowed to their fathers and grandpa to run after Sharon but was stopped when their grandpa called them and told them something that made them look at each other to see if they were thinking the same thing before looking back at their grandpa and fathers who nodded at them smiling before they completely ran after Sharon.

The princesses have looked everywhere at the kingdom with the help of the royal guards but they have not seen any sign of the princess until Savanna had thought of a place where she could be so she and the other two princess went to where she is and she was right because there they saw her on the ground sitting talking to her swans.

"How would I be able to find the person in my dreams now that I'm getting married?What should I do Snow?" She said and asked her white swan as if it would answer her.

"I don't even know who that person is yet they want me to get married to that person? It's funny isn't it Kata?" She said to her black swan name Kata which means 'worthy' she doesn't know who named it but she likes the name.
