22- Unforeseen

You were still sleeping in Remus' arms and he did not want to wake you. "Go away, you can see she is sleeping" Remus said. He held you tighter. Lucius came sitting on the bed while Severus was standing beside the bed. Remus slowly laid you down on the cushion. You turned around automatically. You yawned. "Shhh" Remus said. They looked at you. "What is she dreaming about right now Sev?" Lucius asked. Remus looked at Snape. "Do not do that". "It is her mind for a reason" he said. Snape thought it would be funny to read your mind but he also cared for you deeply. He could not take advantage of you like this.

"Not now Lucius" Snape said. Remus nodded. "If I go, will you go as well?" Remus asked. He wanted you to sleep through the night. He certainly did not want the horny duo around you while sleeping. Lucius smiled at him. "What would be the fun of that?" Lucius asked. Snape looked at him confused. "Come on Luc" he said. Although Snape wanted to be near you, he knew that you needed to rest. Their selfish thoughts had to be put away for this night. Snape walked towards the door. "I will stay with her" Lucius said. "Oh hell no" Remus said. Remus looked at Snape. "Back me up here" Lupin said. "Lucius... I will not say it again" Snape said. Lucius rolled his eyes. Snape was staring at your body. He needed to take Lucius with him, or he would end up on top of you.

Lucius stood up and walked towards your side of the bed. He kissed your forehead. "I only meant well" he said. "Sure you did" a jealous Remus said. You woke up a bit. The men froze and did not make a sound. They hoped you would get back to sleep. You turned sides to Remus. You corrected the cushion a bit and fell asleep again. Remus sighed. "Pfffff" Lucius said. He slowly stood up and moved towards Snape. Snape led him back to the living room. "Thank you" Remus said to Snape. Snape nodded in response. He closed the door. His heart was aching at the thought of Remus and you being together. Lucius clearly loved you but his way of showing his love, is a different one.

There was no sound coming from the living room anymore. Remus caressed your face. You twitched your nose a couple of times, which he needed to laugh about. After 20 minutes, he fell asleep next to you. You felt safe and warm.

~TIMESKIP MORNING

You woke up next to Remus. He was already awake but kept on staring at your beautiful face. You smiled and turned aside when you saw him smile. You blushed a bit. When you were turning, he took your arms and pulled you back to face him. "No... I am not a morning person Lupin" you said. He chuckled. "You are beautiful anyway" he said. You did not struggle anymore. You faced him. You looked into each other's eyes for a couple of seconds.

Without noticing, you both got a little bit closer. You were inches away from each other's lips. The tension was building and the hunger inside of him was ready to be satisfied. Before your lips touched each other, the door went slowly open. You did not notice but you saw Remus slowly leaning back. You did the same.

You had butterflies in your stomach. You have never felt more loved than last night and just now. He really loved you and he took care of you like no one has ever done. You blushed a bit. Sirius saw that you two were awake. "Rise and shine sweet puppies" he said enthusiastically. 'Thank you Remus' you thought. Sirius came walking towards you with a cup of tea. He handed Remus some coffee. You smiled. He returned the favour. "Thanks" you said. He nodded.

"Were you able to sleep after your nightmare?" he asked nicely. You looked at your tea. "Yes" you replied. You stood up from the bed. You were still in your dress which you corrected quickly, before the men could see anything which was not meant for them to see. Sirius was watching you. When he saw you looking at him, he quickly looked away. You rolled your eyes. 'Men' you thought.

You wanted Sirius to leave so you could change. You waved your hand. He got the hint and closed the door on his way out. You put the tea on the desk and started undressing. You turned around and jumped up a little. Remus was enjoying the show. "Hi there" he said. You forgot Remus was still in your room. You quickly grabbed your dress and tried to cover your body. He rolled his eyes and stood up.
