Jordan’s POV

16 week

“This doesn’t make me look to big right?” I said looking at my full length mirror and back to Keera. I was headed to work and I was a little skeptic on what I was wearing, it was a black maxi dress and I was now in my second trimester, which meant no more throwing up and that made me really happy and I have gained my appetite, now I can eat anything I want but now I’m beginning to regret that because I just bought this dress a week ago and now its hugging my stomach and revealing too much of my bump and I don’t want that, it’s bad enough that everyone at the workplace suspect that I’m pregnant, because the way they stare or gossip when I walk past my colleague just tells me that either know something or just suspecting 

Kyle has been protecting- well trying to protect me from the stares and rumors by shouting at a group of people who are either’s staring at me or who look like they are talking about me but I feel that he is really wasting his time because we can’t keep thinking that if a group of people are looking and talking they are gossiping so he looks a little nuts when he keeps shouting people. And he has been a real gentlemen by coming over and rubbing my swollen ankles. This weekend is our second ultrasound and this time we going with Hailey which we haven’t told yet but we are planning to tell her this weekend then go to the ultrasound with her. Kyle has told his best friend and Hailey’s nanny, it was a real surprise when I got a call at 2am from two drunk people saying they are Dan and Sarah and congratulating me about the pregnancy and shouting incoherent words over the phone and I bet Kyle was also drunk but I did not pry much on that, it doesn’t mean that if I’m pregnant and not allowed to drink no one else should, including Kyle

“It won’t show because you will be wearing this over it” She said handing me my Red cardigan to put over my dress, I was already tired and I have not got to work yet, Kyle has seen how fatigue I always am and would the tasks that were meant to be and spoiling me like crazy. I wore the cardigan and put on my comfortable sandals applying only lip gloss, my face did not require makeup anymore, it just has a very beautiful glow and my hair was shinier than before and I let the curls in my mahogany color hair loose and stop just over my shoulders and I left the house heading my Mike’s car with an apple on one hand and a bowl of porridge in the other

I walked inside the building and like the usually they were staring and gossiping and now it felt like my daily routine and now all I do is just ignore them and just don’t care anymore 

“Morning” Austin said coming towards my cubicle and leaning on the desk

“Hey” I said looking lazily from my PC to him

“These people are still staring at you?” He said standing beside me and pointing to the group of people across us and those that were passing by

I just rolled my eyes and resumed the work I was doing 

“wait till your boss comes and goes all King Kong on them” he said laughing and making me laugh too, Austin has also noticed that too and he doesn’t know that Kyle is the father but he is really being too much these day he shouts everyone who looks at me in what he says a weird way and we are not even dating, speaking of the devil, Kyle appears with a smile on his face but quickly fades as he sees Austin leaning towards me

“Think that I gotta go before he kills me with his eyes” he said rubbing my arms and leaving, I take a glance at Kyle as his eyes are full of anger but Austin’s gesture and just ignoring him when he greets him, I really wanted to laugh was he really jealous?

“Ms Carter can I see you in my office” He said in a stern voice and walking towards his office, I followed suit and waited for him to take a seat and tell me what he needed me for
