Chapter 36

Jordan's POV

I woke up in a bed that was way comfortable than mine and the scent that I became all familiar with I battled to open my eyes because I was still sleepy but what I was in was making me jolt out of the bed because I was really uncomfortable and plus I was starving. I looked around and it was very dark

"What time is it?" I wondered and took at look at my phone to find 3 missed calls from Keera and it was 2am, I rolled back to bed trying to sleep only to be woken up by my rumbling stomach that's when I got to go to the kitchen to prepare myself a meal but before I headed to the kitchen I had to find something more comfortable and free to wear and get out of this dress. I looked around lazy to unpack my bag for my oversize shirt so instead I took one of Kyle's shirts and headed to the kitchen

I got there and opened the ridge to find something easy to make and something that won't make much noise that's when I decided on some ham sandwich with orange juice

"Jay?" a voice boomed behind me and startling me I turned around to find Kyle shirtless with only his black boxers, his hair all messed up evident that he was sleeping, I took in his appearance looking at his broad chest with a well crafted graphic on his left shoulder and another one

"Uhhmmm, sorry for waking you up I just wanted to grab a snack" I said looking shyly at him and he just laughed and sat on the island counter chair

"You didn't wake me up, don't worry" he said and I just turned and continued preparing my meal until he spoke up again

"Hailey and Sarah will be coming back tomorrow "He said, I turned around to sit opposite to find him looking straight at me, I looked directly at him before I spoke up

"Oh, Sarah is the nanny right?" I said while chewing up on my meal he just nodded and we went quiet

"I can't wait to see Hailey again, I actually miss her" I said smiling, I really miss that princess,she was one of those kids I liked in like 3 kids only it unfortunate what happened to her mom hey, I can relate to her in a way the only difference is that I knew my mom and she still has her loving dad

"She also misses you, she keeps asking me about you since I told her that she is gonna have a baby sister or brother" He said and I just smiled rubbing my belly I am as excited as herb about the baby, I have learned to forget everything and focus only on positive thoughts focus on my baby. I finished my sandwich and stood up to go back to bed as I walked passed Kyle I rubbed him should , whispering my goodnight and thanking him then I placed a small peck on his cheek then went upstairs, I don't know why I kissed him but it felt good , tomorrow is going to be a big day

The next day I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and the brightness of the sun illuminating in my new room, I stretched my body before heading for the shower. Once I was fresh and clean I went downstairs to the kitchen only to find Kyle cooking up something with two blonde head talking and facing him, I guess Sarah and Hailey came while I was asleep

"Yea Hailey you are just missing school today, but it won't happen again young lady" Kyle said turning to look at Hailey before his eyes met mine then he fully turned to face me, the two heads turned too to look at me

"Jordan!!!!" Hailey screamed jumping from the counter chair and running toward me , he wrapped her arms around me placing small kisses around my face

"Hailey let Ms Jordan breathe" another female voice said then she got off me

"Is it true that I'm gonna be a big sister, is it really?" Hailey said excitedly ,looking at me expectantly, I smiled and nodded while rubbing my belly .she looked at my big belly and smiled widely touching my belly really lightly, Kyle came towards up with Sarah following behind, I stood up straight to look at both of them

"Sarah, This is Jordan, Jay this is Sarah" Kyle said gesturing to Sarah with his hand, I smiled genuinely then coming towards her to shake her hand but instead of bringing her hand towards me, she pulled me into a bone crushing hug

"Oh Darling, it is such a pleasure to finally meet you" She said kissing my cheeks, I peeked a glance back at Kyle to find him smiling widely covering Hailey, he looked so content at Peace

I guess me staying here won't be bad at all.
