I came back for you

14: "reality"

"You having breakfast by yourself, that's a first" -Kao said as he walked in the dining area. Earth came down to have breakfast by himself something he rarely does. Most of the time either he is forced by Tay to have breakfast with him or he doesn't eat and stays in his room.

"Let me have breakfast in peace. Go back to the resting area"- Earth wasn't in the garden patio because it was raining outside. The weather kept changing unexpectedly.

"I don't want to annoy or get you mad. I just want to be here with you. I'm sorry about yesterday" -Kao wanted to fix what happened when he took him to the house

"Just leave me alone." Earth sighed "Please"
Earth couldn't think straight since he got back last night. He kept thinking of what would Tay do if Earth ever left or if Tay found out who Kao was in reality.

Kao sat down next to Earth and looked straight into his eyes.

"It was too early to show you that. I get it now but I just need you to believe me. I will do everything I can to get you back and keep you safe. I love you so much." -Kao said but saw no expression on Earth's face

"Why do you keep thinking I need to be saved?" -Earth knew he was weak but it bothered him that everyone around him thought that he was that vulnerable and that he needed a hero.

"I just want you to be happy" -Kao

"I know you feel guilty ok? But I really don't need your help" -Earth still had doubts. Maybe Kao was doing all of this because he feels guilty not because he still loves him. Who would still love a person after 5 years of not being together or even seeing each other. Did he still love Kao or he just missed the love that Tay never gave him?

" We will be together. It is ok that you don't trust me that much yet but I will get you out of this, not because I feel guilty but because I love you and I shouldn't have let you go five years ago." Kao took a deep breath. "I know what Tay has on your father and I will fix that too."

"What? What are you talking about it?"-Earth was confused as to what Kao knew

"I know everything. The gambling, the drunken fights, the debts. You shouldn't be paying for your father's mistakes"-Kao

"How did you find out about that?" Earth said standing up.

Kao stood up as well and try to get near Earth but Earth moved away from him.

"How did you find out about that?" -Earth

"I just, I did a little research." -Kao

"That is non of you business Kao. Stay out of it. Don't you dare get involved." -Earth was scared that Kao would dig even deeper and find more about why he stuck with Tay

"I will get involved. Why are you so defensive? Pat was the one to do all of this shit! You shouldn't be paying for this. It isn't fair for you to have a miserable life while Pat gets to have whatever he wants." -Kao hated Pat. When Sammy told Pat about them, Pat told Kao's father. Both fathers hated each other. Pat tried to bribe Teo on telling everyone that Kao was gay if he didn't give him money to pay the debt he had five years ago. Teo refused and threatened Pat that if he opened his mouth and told everyone about Kao, he would kill them both. Teo confronted Kao and made him break up with Earth.

"Enough! This is a FAMILY problem. Do not get more involve in this. I am here because I should be here. It doesn't matter if my father has made mistakes and has been a terrible person, I will still help him. So stay out of it Kao. And I suggest you get all those things of us having a happy life together out of your head because it won't happen. You are wasting your time. Go back to the life you had. Go away, disappear like you did before!" Earth was mad and scared. He had to admit that seeing the house made him imagine beautiful moments with Kao but it was impossible for him to have that life.
