45: "business"

"I'll go have lunch with you today" -Kao said. They were getting ready to go to work and take War to school.

"Actually, Fluke and I will have lunch with Title" -Earth said.

"mm" -Kao

"What?" -Earth said getting near him.

"Nothing" -Kao

"Why are you acting like that now?" -Earth asked him. Kao was acting weird since he saw Title.

"I was serious" -Kao said but Earth was confused.

"He likes you" -Kao said walking out of the bathroom to the bedroom.

"That is not true" -Earth said.

"It is" -Kao

"Well even if it is true, so what? Does that mean I will do something? You shouldn't be acting like this. Yiwha likes you too but she still works for you and is closer to you" -Earth said. He was starting to get annoyed about Kao's attitude.

"I-I" -Kao was going to say something but Earth didn't let him. It was too early to fight.

"I'm gonna go wake up War" -Earth said walking out of the bedroom.

Earth woke up War. He dressed him and went downstairs to have breakfast.

"Cwan we go to a twip?" -War said. He was eating his breakfast with Kao while Earth packed War's lunch.

Both of them looked at him mysteriously.

War turned around to see Earth.

"You swaid that we cwan go" -War said. Earth remembered telling him that the three of them could go on a trip when he couldn't take him to Jeju Island.

Earth smiled.

"Sure" -Earth said smiling at him. War smiled and ate his breakfast.

"Are you sure you want to go? You aren't busy with hiring new employees?" -Kao said sarcastically. He woke up with a bad mood, last night he couldn't stop thinking about Title. He knows that he used to like Earth back when they were younger. It was so obvious.

"War go brush your teeth. It almost time to go" -Earth said and War obeyed.

"What is the matter with you? Are you trying to fight?" -Earth said seriously.

"It was just a question" -Kao said picking up his plate and War's plate and putting them in the sink.

"No it wasn't. You are clearly trying to fight. I know you think he likes me but I don't care if he fucking does or not. Stop doing that. You are always like this. Why can't you go a day without complaining about something? I haven't done anything wrong" -Earth said angrily. He grabbed War's lunchbox. He would be taking him to school today.

"Also, I told you not to bring War into fights. You better not say something like that again when he is present" -Earth said. He was furious. He walked out the kitchen to get War and leave.

Kao took a deep breath. Why does he feel the need to say comments like that? He is so jealous. Kao is insecure, he thinks that some day it will be too much for Earth. Handling work, a relationship and a son.

"I am making this harder for him" -Kao said silently. His comments and attitude are affecting Earth. He needs to stop.

He went to the office to finish some work. He started researching places where they could go for the trip. Somewhere War will enjoy but also them.

He couldn't handle being mad at Earth. It was annoying him. He called him but he didn't answer and he couldn't go for lunch because he would be with Fluke and Title.
