35: "injected"

"I am nervous" -Fluke said to Ohm. They were on their way to pick up Yin.

"Me too" -Ohm said but he smiled at Fluke.

Earth woke up to an empty bed again. He went downstairs.

"Where is Tay?" -He asked Camila.

"Having breakfast in the patio" -Camila responded.

Earth went to the patio. He saw Tay dressed up. He rolled his eyes. Tay just wouldn't understand that he had to stay. He sat down next to him without greeting him. Camila brought the coffees and when Tay was about to drink, Earth took it away.

"You can't drink that" -Earth said. Tay glared at him. Dr. Beam had given him the information on what Tay could eat and do.

"I don't care that you give me that look" -Earth said. He made Camila take away the coffee from the table.

"You should stay" -Earth said but Tay didn't reply.

"I will go to Fluke's house today" -Earth said. Tay stood up and grabbed some documents that were next to him.

"Do whatever you want" -Tay said leaving. Earth followed him.

"Don't be like that" -Earth said.

"How? I am letting you do whatever the fuck you want and you complain? What is that you want?" -Tay said but Earth didn't know what to answer. Tay just left for work.

Earth got ready. He left to Fluke's house. Kao and War were there already. They were waiting for Ohm and Fluke to come back with Yin.

War was happy to see Earth and Earth was happy to see him too. Kao kissed Earth to say hi.

"Isn't this a little too much? He isn't going to be overwhelmed?" -Earth said speaking about the dinner. He thought Yin might feel uncomfortable.

"It is just us. Fluke said he wouldn't invite anyone else. War why don't you go play over there. I want to talk to Earth" -Kao said. Sometimes it was hard because War wouldn't want to leave Earth's side. War agreed and left to play with his toys.

"What is it?" -Earth said.

"What is going on with you?" -Kao asked. He has noticed Earth be different. Earth didn't reply.

"What happened to Tay?" -Kao said.

"He is sick." -Earth said.

"So?" -Kao

"Very sick" -Earth.

"We are your family now. You should be able to come live with us now. Why do we have to wait more? You need to choose already." -Kao said. He was just tired of having to say goodbye to Earth everytime they saw each other.

"Don't be selfish." -Earth said. Kao would never understand about Tay.

"How am I being selfish? Because I want the man I love to be with me. Because I want to form a family with him. I don't want to hide from anyone anymore" -Kao said.

"I can't go live with you yet" -Earth

"Then when? When are we finally going to be together without worrying?" -Kao said but Earth didn't know how to answer.

"Please Earth. I am tired of having to explain to War why you have to leave. He wants you to stay with us" -Kao said.

"I know. I want to be with you too. And I know it is hard for War but Kao please just wait a little more" -Earth said hugging Kao. He didn't want Kao to give up on them. Although in reality Earth was the one being selfish.
