"Wake up, my dad is here" Earth tried to wake up Tay but he came too drunk and late last night.
"Come here" Tay told Earth as he grabbed his wrist and forced him to lay down beside him.
"Stop it. My dad is already here. Do you want him to here me scream?"
"I don't think he would care. He doesn't give a damn about you anyway" Tay said letting go of Earth's wrist harshly. He finally got up from the bed and quickly took a shower.
The three were having breakfast. Tay and Pat kept talking about business while Earth sat there listening and trying to eat his breakfast. He was digusted by the prescence of his father. He could admit that he preferred to be near Tay than his own father.
Although everyone knew Tay was married to a man no one would dare disrespect him. He was fierce and powerful. That is what Pat like most about him: the power and money.
"So.. what happen to the new deal with Xon corporation?" Pat asked as if he doesn't have enough money given by Tay. Tay would practically be his money bag. Tay knew how fake Pat was but he wanted Earth so he needed to be his ally.
"I think it will go fine. Ohm is Fluke's boyfriend which means he will sign easily, thanks to my honey here of course." Tay said smiling to Earth. Earth just rolled his eyes and drank his coffee.
"What about you Earth? What have you been doing?" Pat asked as if he was interested.
"Getting into trouble of course. Isn't that right?" Tay quickly answered.
"I need to hire a new bodyguard. The old one let him out too much." -Tay
"It was just a quick run to the park. It wasn't a big deal. You are just dramatic."- Earth said standing up and leaving to the garden.
Earth blocked all his thoughts about his old life. He promised himself not to cry for a guy that left him behind to live this life. Earth was so in love but everything came crumbling down. Tay was the opposite of the man he loved. Although Tay knew that Earth was in love with a man his father hated and prohibited, he never discovered who the man was. He didn't know Kao or what his life was. Earth was thankful that Tay didn't know Kao.
"You can be a little more respectful,
you know" -Pat
"Don't come here and tell me what to do. I don't even know why you come here as if you are interested in me. Tay gives you enough money, you don't have to act like you want to be here" -Earth
"You have a life of riches and that is thanks to me you stupid brat. Be thankful I got you someone that actually wanted you." -Pat
Earth left Pat standing alone in the garden. He was so mad at his father for everything he did to him. He ruined his life and acts like he did him a favor. But this was his life and nothing would change. Tay would never let him go and his father would always do everything to keep the marriage stable only for money and social status
