I came back for you

16: "protect"

Kao woke up to an empty bed. He remembered last night and smiled widely.

"What are you doing?" Kao said as he stood up.

"I am packing. We are suppose to be going back." -Earth

Kao walked to him and tried to hug Earth but he moved away.

"Don't Kao" -Earth

"What do you mean?" -Kao was confused

"We shouldn't have. Last night was totally a mistake." -Earth regretted sleeping with Kao.

"Are you serious? Earth we had a great night. We love each other." -Kao

"No! This can't happen again! We can't be together! I made a mistake ok?" Earth said grabbing his bag and leaving the room

Kao quickly put his clothes on and followed Earth.

"It wasn't a mistake! Last night was proof that you still love me!" -Kao

"Stop it! Take me back to my husband!" -Earth

"Why are you doing this? Why can't you trust me! Tell me what is keeping you with Tay." -Kao couldn't believe that Earth still refused his love

"Please. Lets just forget about last night. If Tay finds out it will be bad" Earth said with a weak voice.

"I'll protect you. Whatever it is please just trust me. Earth I won't leave you. I promise I will stay and fight for you." Kao said with a sweet tone. He walked near Earth and hugged him. Earth didn't refuse this time but he didn't hug Kao back.

"I can't" -Earth

"You can" -Kao

"I want to go" -Earth said pushing Kao away

Kao was about to say something else when Earth's phone rang.

"What?" Earth answered

"Are you on your way?" Tay asked

"I am." -Earth said grabbing his bag and walking out the door to the car

"Good" Tay hanged up

Earth and Kao were silent on the way back. Kao didn't know what to say anymore. He needed to find out what Earth was hiding but he knew he wouldn't say what it is.

Earth fell asleep and Kao decided that it was time for Earth to know more about him.

Earth woke up to a familiar rode. He had been there before but it wasn't the way to Tay's house.

"What are you doing?" -Earth asked Kao.

"I'm taking you home" Kao

"This is not the way home!" Earth

"It is." -Kao

"Kao! Stop the car! Stop it!" Earth said. He couldn't go back to that house. He couldn't imagine Kao and him being happy. He had to make Kao stop all of this.

"Kao! Enough!"

The gate was opened and Kao drove in.

"Get out!" -Kao

"No! Take me home!" -Earth

"You are home! Get out!" -Kao

"What if I don't? Are you going to force me? It isn't like I'm not used to being force to do things I don't want." -Earth said refering to everything Tay has done. He knew Kao was different but he had to listen to what Earth wanted.

Kao got out of the car. He went to Earth's side but Earth locked the door. Kao unlocked it with the key but Earth locked it again. It kept going for several minutes until Kao was able to open the door.
