You have been going out with the cute guy a lot of times this past month, his name is Jason and you and him have been having such a good time together.
He brought you to his work and showed you how he did some drinks at the coffee place and other stuff. You also decided to show him your workplace and you showed some cases to him, you truly trusted Jason.
Today you were going to go out with Jason but he canceled because he had things to do, so you just went to work like a normal day.
When you were already in the HQ your phone started ringing, and you realized that it was your parents.
-Hey mom, hey dad- you said to the phone
-"Hey"? That's all you got to say? Y/n, you haven't talked to us in 5 months, and you haven't visited us in a whole year! What's wrong with you?-Your mom shouted at you through the phone
-What happened to me? I have something that's called work! I'm sorry that I haven't called you two but you guys need to understand that I'm busy
-We are tired of you, we actually are, and we want to tell you something and apparently we have to tell you this way because you don't even wanna see your parents- your dad said angrily
-What is it now?- you said starting to get angry
-We are getting a divorce- Your mom said with a serious tone
-A what?! Why!?
-Honestly is all your fault, since you left things haven't worked out as we thought so yeah- said your dad without any emotion
-My fucking fault!? You two wanted me to move out as soon as possible! I was alone all day when I lived there, and neither of you directed a word at me for 19 years until I moved to Oahu, so don't say that is my fault-You said really angry
-You're such a liar ! We never did that to you- your mom said defending herself even though she was the one lying
-I don't have the time and I will never have it to deal with this, just leave me alone forever please- you said not wanting to hear more and you finished the call.
-Stay calm y/n, Stay calm- you said to yourself- I have to stay calm and not let this ruin my perfect work day- you said going to the entrance of the HQ.
You were going to fake that everything was good for all the day with a smile on your face.
When you finally arrived to the offices with that fake smile of yours, you saw that everybody was looking really worried.
-Why is everybody looking worried?-You said nervously
-There's a problem- Chin was the first one to talk
-Somebody got into the headquarters and stole a murder case, we had almost all the evidence to prove that the man was guilty and we were about to put him to jail, but now we don't have anything-Kono explained
-We need to find who stole it before all the evidence gets destroyed-Danny said worriedly
-Chin, check the cameras and look for people that entered the HQ without being needed to-Steve ordered and Chin started doing it.
