I find the statement false. Hindi tungkol kay Jayrein kundi tungkol sa mga katagang "lumabas ang tunay na kulay". Why are flaws labelled as "tunay na kulay"? The positive and good side of yourself is still you. So one should not see people by their flaws but by their goodness too. Both your positive and negative paint your true color.
" Anong klaseng pagbabago ba ang tinutukoy mo?" she restated.

That makes no sense. Sabihin na nating nagpanggap siyang mabait. Pero bakit naman niya ipapatapon ang mga sapatos?
