Sonakshi had woken up multiple times in the night , every time he groaned in pain . His medicines kept him drowsy and the discomfort of holding a single position due to his leg was painful . The wound on his head was fresh below the bandage . Every time he cried in pain , she was next to him to comfort him , to pat him , to caress his head and hands . . SHE WAS THERE WITH HER WARMTH.
In the early hours of the morning after he finally opened his eyes , the first thing he saw, was her . . staring it him , sitting next to the bed on a stool.
She smiles .
R : Tum soyi nahi ? . . still drowsy .
S : Soyi toh thi . . abhi uthi. Kaise feel ho raha hain?
R : Thoda dard ho raha hain.
She caresses his hand : Jaldi hi thik ho jaayega .
R : Paas aao naa . .
She moves in the space next to him on the bed and kisses his forehead , then leans back on the bed , facing him side ways , hugging him . He smiles .
R : Tum thik se soyi nahi naa ? . . Jhooth bolna bhi thik se nahi aata tumhe .
S : Nahi ..soyi thi . . Jhooth kahaan bola ?
R : Toh ye dark circles kyu hain ? . . Itna pale lag rahi ho .. He caresses her face and gently moves his hand over her eyes .
She smiles looking at his observation : Soyi thi Rohit .
Just then Tulsi walks in : Sir kaise ho aap ? She then looks at Sonakshi : Maam thoda aapko rest kar lena chahhiye . Puri raat aap jag rahi thi . . Main 2/3 baar aa ke gayi thi.
Sonakshi signals Tulsi to keep quiet which Rohit notices . He then looks at Tulsi : Thik hoon . . thoda restroom jaana tha .
T : Main abhi male nurse ko bhejti hoon . She checks him for his temperature and vitals and leaves the room . Sab thik hain . Sonakshi smiles in relief.
Rohit takes her hand in his and gibes her a stern look : I am so sorry . . Meri wajah se . .
S : Nahi Rohit . . Ab khud ko blame nahi karna , please . Mujhe nights ki aadat hain . . Dont worry .
