He was gone for 2 days . Sonakshi was left shattered .
She had headed straight for the shoot . Bubbles was with Vimmi. He had messaged her on reaching knowing that she was busy in the shoot . It was 9:00 as she reached home .
The house didn't feel the same . It felt deserted .... it was just too silent . She felt so lonely . There was nobody to welcome her with open arms , there was no naughty talk . . there was only a cold air in the place . She just freshens up and looks at her phone every 5 minutes . She hadn't called him just in case he was busy in the hospital . Pulkit had not yet come in as there was an emergency . The door bell rings . Outside were Ravi and Bubbles . As soon as she saw him , her face lit up thinking about the morning . She greeted Ravi with a smile and took her little package from him .
She spent time cuddling him , talking to him while he sniffed with his little snout every time. He was a warm bundle of naughtiness .
S : Pata hai Bubbles . . mujhe Rohit ki bahut yaad aa rahi hai .
B : woof . . woof . .
S : Haan . . Rohit hi laaya tha tumhe aaaj subah . Yaad hain naa tumhe ?
Bubbles tries to come ahead and lick her face .
S : Nahi . . face nahi . Ye toh sirf Rohit ke liye reserved hain .
Bubbles leaves out a teeny weeny growl.
S : Oh . . gussa bhi aata hai tumhe . . Par kya karein? . . Main pehle Rohit ki hu aur baad mein tumhaari . . Thik hain ?
Bubbles sulks his body and lies on the floor giving her a sad look as Sonakshi laughs .
S: Sabse bada drama queen . . Rohit se bhi bada . . Saying this she lifts him up once again and cuddles him.
Just then the phone whatsApp video rings . .
Sonakshi almost jumps in joy scaring little Bubbles ..
S : Rohit . . almost screaming
R : Laughing at the other end . . Lagta hain koi mujhe bahut miss kar raha tha . .
Just then a small little head peeps Into the video screen. .
R : Arey Bubbles . Aa gaya tu ghar ? He tries to paw into the mobile screen as Sonakshi holds him firm in one hand . Its a relief tumhe kuch company toh hai . Pulkit ek ghante mein aa jaayega . Kuch emergency thi .
Sonakshi was already so happy to see Rohit's face that her face lit up automatically : Kaisa tha tumhaara din ?
R : Shyaam ko surgery hui. Patient is stable now . Raat ko hospital mein hi rukunga just in case.
S : khaana khaaya ?
R : Nahi .. Mangwaaaya hai . Tumne ?
S : Pulki aane ke baad . Ghar bahut khaali lag raha hai Rohit .
R : Arey . . ek hi aur din aur ek raat . Day after morning around 11:00 I will be next to you . Weekend hain naa ? Sat ko shooting hain?
S : Nahi . . she smiles . . Arey . .
Just then bubbles jumps out of her hand and wanders into the room sniffing stuff.
R : Aur ?
S : Aaj bahut hectic tha .... close up shots saare . . Thak gayi hoon .
They converse for some more time and Rohit lets out a yawn.
