Sonakshi learns a few more techniques.
She , Rohit and Pulkit have a relatively quiet dinner that night and Pulkit finally bids them a good night after giving a hug to his di. Sonakshi looked disturbed ever since Pulkit had brought in the books . Something inside her was not feeling ok and Rohit was constantly keeping an eye on her.
10:00 pm. .
They clear up the kitchen and head upstairs .
This was the first time that there was hardly any conversation between them . Rohit lets her be . He hugs her and she silently leaves towards her room. It was for the first time very uncomfortable for Rohit and he had not even been able to ask her if he could come in to spend some time . Feeling quite restless , he heads to his room. It was an unsettled feeling for him. It was almost like she had distanced herself from him all over again .
After nearly 20 minutes of tossing and turning in his bed, he mobile leaves out an alarm .He looks at it paranoid. It was the device set up in her room to even catch the lowest of frequencies. He sits up with his mobile in his hand watching it instantly . It beeps , first slowly after every few minutes . . slowly the frequency increases. After continuously watching it for almost half an hour he couldn't control himself anymore . It was beeping continuously . She was crying .
He leaves the room and paces up and down the family . His footsteps get faster with the beeps . . He sits there for another 15 minutes till he finally lands at her door. It was locked .
R : Softly . . Sona....
After a couple of times of calling on receiving no response , he gently knocks . No response.
With every passing minute , Rohit's panic just increases . He finally knocks a little louder . . On persistent knocking Sonakshi finally opens the door .
R : tum thik ho ?
S : Haan . . her voice was very low . .
R : Kya hua? . .
S : kuch nahi . .
R : Sona . . batao mujhe . .
On repeated questioning Sonakshi finally snaps .
S : Tumhe samaj mein nahi aata kya? . . ki kuch nahi hua hai . Her tone was up .
Rohit was taken aback for a few seconds . His face had almost turned pale . .
Kyu aate ho baar baar mujhe pareshaan karne? Reh toh rahi hoon naa tumhaara saath . . Wahan woh pulki tur yahaan tum . .
There was silence . .
He moves ahead to hold her shoulders . . Sona . .
She pushes him away rudely . .
I am fed up of all this . Nahi chaahiye mujhe ye sab . . Nahi deni mujhe koi exam . .
R: Haan toh thik hai naa?
S :Tum issi liye aaye ho naa ? Sab kuch tumhe chaahiye jaise karoon kya main ? ...her tone was up again . .
Sabko kuch na kuch chaahiye . . Yahi karti rahoongi main zindagi bhar . .
He comes ahead to hold her in his arms and this time she bluntly pushes him away with her hands on his chest . He lunges behind almost loosing balance.
