They continue their journey as Sonakshi takes in a little more of Rohit with her holding him close. She knew all this was temporary and that just a day after this everything would change.
There would be no Rehaan .There would be no reason to pretend to come closer to Rohit even if she wanted to .
Rohit on the other hand wanted to make this a permanent situation. He knew that a day after there would be no Rehaan . But he was still sure that he would manage to keep Sona around .
It was half an hour up since they started riding already and they saw a bike parked in the distance. It was the edge of the cliff with a distant huge lake at the bottom , enveloped by green mountains with a few settlements on all sides. The entire view of the turquoise waters were visible with the orange hue of the sun ready to set in sometime.
Rehaan : Babuji...... loudly . The father comes and lifts him from the bike .
Pareshan toh nahi kiya ? Accha laga ye raasta ? Rohit nods and smiles .
Sonakshi holds Rohit's shoulders for support as he tilts the bike on one side for her ease while getting down.
The mother : Kaise raha ? Iddhar aao ...looking at Sonakshi . Sonakshi walks upto the mother .
The father : Yahaa acche pakode milte hai . . mein leke aata hoon.
Rehaan : Main bhi aaunga . Aap bhi aao dost . Rehaan and Riya run to Rohit and hold both his hands as they walk behind the father . He looks at Sonakshi as they walk away.

Ye dekh rahi ho ?. . Suraj roj ugtaa hai aur har shyaam ko dhal jaaata hai . .

The mother lifts her chin up with her hand . . Mujhe dekho. Sonakshi looks at her teary eyed as she moves ahead for the first time to hug the mother . The mother holds her tight and firm as she pats her head . Hum aapko force nahi kar rahe hain. Par jahaan pyaar hota hai , wahaan ek mauka toh dena chaahiye . . aise hume lagta hai .
Hume Pata nahi aap dono ke beech mein kya hua hai . . as she wipes Sonakshis tears . . Par hum aapki badi behen jaisi hai. Agar aapko kabi bhi lage ki aapko humse baat karni hai . . toh humaara number rak lijiye aur hume bezeezhak phone kar lena . Thik hai ?
Sonakshi nods as the mother kisses Sonakshi on her forehead. Dua karti hoon ki zindagi bhar ki khushiyaan aapki jholi mein gire .
Sonakshi hugs the mother once gain this time a little more tightly.
Sonakshi : Pata hai aapko? . . Meri badi behen nahi hain......Par aaj woh kami bhi bhar gayi. Mere papa mere apne the . Woh humesha mere barre mein sochte the . . sochte the mere har jazbaat ke barre mein. Aap bhi mujhe bilkul apni lagti ho .
Unke jane ke baad meri maa ne mera bohut khayaal rakha . . Siri mera par woh bhi kahi mere jazbaaton ko samaj hi nahi paayi.
Agar mere papa ke baad sach mein dil se , jaan se agar kisi ne mujhe sambaala hai , samjhaa hai , mere har jazbaat ka khayaal rakha hai toh woh Rohit hi hai . Par uske parivaar ne ye bhi har tarah se khatam kar liya .....
The Mother : Par aaya hai woh tumhaare liye . . itnaa door. Uska kuch nahi ? Uske bhi toh jazbaath hai . . hai naa? Galatiyaan har kisi se hoti hai . . par shaadi ke baad socha jaaye toh mard piss hi jaate hai apni maa aur apni biwi ke beech.
Sonakshi : Maine usse kabhi bhi muj ko chunnne ke liye nahi kaha. Maine usko har tarah se support hi kiya hai. Mujhe itna bura nahi lagta unke baare mein. Uske parivaar ne jo kiya woh kiya , par unke behkaave mein aakar Rohit ne jo kiya woh mein maanf nai kar sakti.
Humaara rista hi hatam kar diya usne.
The mother listens intensely .
Aur aapko pata hai?. . Yahan sirf hum dono hai . . Toh sab thik lag raha hai.
Waapas jaane ke baad Rohit toh apne ghar hi jaayega naa? Chalo . . maine maanf agar kiya bhi , toh phirse sab shuru ho jaayega. Mein ek aur baar iss sab ka saamna nahi kar sakti. Aur Rohit ko mein iss pareshaani mein bhi nahi daalna chaahati hoon ki won mujhme aur apni maa mein se kisi ek ko chune .Nahi kar paayega woh. Bikhar ke reh jaayega .
The mother : Pata hai .....Har aurat iss kisse se gujarti hai.
Mein itna hi kahungi .Unhe ek mauka do . Dekho toh waapas jaa kar woh kya karte hai . Ek galati ki sazaa unko aur khudo zindagi bhar ke liye mat do . Bas ek mauka dedo ....
Sonakshi thinks about what the mother has said . Just then .....
Rehaan : Palii didi .......He comes running to Sonakshi as she lifts him up.
Aapke liye hum pakode laaye hai . .
Sonakshi : Arey wah . . Hum toh jaroor khayenge . And she kisses him on his cheeks .
They settle for some time on the edge of the cliff as they savour the eats and the view in front of them . Rohit settles besides Sonakshi . The air was beginning to get colder. As he looks at the sun setting with a lot of calm in his eyes . . Sonakshi turns around to look at his innocent face thinking about what the mother had told her.
Should she give him one more chance ?
