Sonakshi tried reaching Rohit multiple times that day with no success.
Rohit has made a conscious effort to not pick up her calls even though he felt terrible about it. She had tried Tulsi , Dr Dimpy , Pulkit but all had only informed her that he was busy .
Finally she had taken 2/3 hours off her shoot and headed to the Sippy hospital. This was the first time she was stepping there after they had moved into Ronakshi villa.
3:00 pm
Sonakshi steps into Rohit's room . It was empty . Tulsi makes her sit with a coffee saying he was attending to a patient. As she looked around , she felt him everywhere . .in his awards , in the marriage picture that he had on his table . . His feel was there everywhere. She waited for a good 20 minutes before Rohit walked in with Dr. Dimpy instructing her about the patients . he smiled .
He gave her a serious look and continued . 10 minutes later Dr. Dimply left .
R : Yahan kaise ? ....looks at his watch ..... woh bhi iss waqt ? . . Shoot wrap up ho gaya kya ?
S : Nahi . . woh . .
There was a deliberate distance he was maintaining . Sonakshi missed his warm welcome hug , his smile , his naughtiness around her .
She sighed in pain . .
Rohit sat at his chair as he was looking down at his files . She comes towards him .
S : Rohit . .
Rohit looks up feeling terrible inside but trying to hide it . After all she was his heartbeat .
R : Baitho sona . . Kya hua hai ?
S : Woh . . tumhaaara conference . .
Rohit gives an annoyed look .
R : Ye discussion subah hi khatam ho gaya tha . . naa?
S : Tum ab bhi gussa ho . . naa ? Kal raat ke liye ....
R : Kal raat ? . ... Oh . . woh . . Jab tumhe kaha ki maine tumhe apni zindagi se phek diya tha ? Nahi gussa nahi hoon. Bura lagta hai ki Itna sab karne ke baad bhi , tumhe sirf woh ek galati yaad rahi . .
S : Aisaa mat bolo Rohit .. please . Tum jaante ho I didnt mean it .
R : Bolti nahi if you didnt mean it . Muh se wahi nikalta hai jo dil mein kahi chupaa hota hai Actually I deserve it . Pata hai . . maine galat toh bahut kiya. ..saying this he looks at his files . .
Sonakshi gets up and comes around the table towards him . .
S : Rohit . .
He looks up . . She holds his hands and makes him get up . Baat karni hai .
She then takes him and settles on the sofa next to him looking at him with his hands in hers gently caressing them with her thumb .
S : Rohit . . I am really sorry for yesterday . . Pata nahi kaise .....
R : Iss liye main humesha kehta hoon . . speak up . . par tumhe toh baat karni hi nahi hai .
S : Aisa nahi hai . . Mujhe samaj mein nahi aata ki main kahaan se shuru karoo . . after a small pause ..... Accha suno . . Meri wajah se tum apne ek saal ki mehanat ko please aise barbad mat karo . . Please . .
