Family Time

Five P.M

After dropping off everyone at their houses, I drove home with Bree

"Beth!!!" My little brother yelled as I ran into his arms.

"hey, sweetie!" I hugged him

"how was being a super-duper hero?" he smiled. I laughed

"super duper awesome!" I smiled. I picked him up

"who's this?" he asked

"oh, I forgot you never got to meet Bree!"

"like the cheese?" he asked

"kinda just spelled differently" she replied

"awesome!...speaking of which..." he started poking his two index fingers together to act 'shy'

"want some mac and cheese?" I asked. he nodded

"I missed you!" I laughed

"where are our brothers?" I asked

"brothers?" Bree asked "there are more?" we both nodded 

"seven more"

"seven more" we both said

"any my age?" she whispered to me. I laughed 

"three. Ezra who's twenty-three, Evan who's twenty-one, and Eric who's nineteen" My brother said

"and what's your name?" Bree asked

"Greene, Edmound Greene" he said in his best Agent voice. "Liz calls me Eddy but everyone else calls me Ed" Bree laughed

"I have an Eddy at home too, he's just a really mean computer though" I laughed, knowing Eddy as the 'super computer' her dad invented.

"Why are you back so early?" Eddy asked. I fake gasped

"you're not happy to see me?" I said

"no, no, I am!" He said. I laughed

"I'm kidding"

"the other brothers and the pups are downstairs watching the soccer game" he said. I nodded

"Okay, let's go" we went downstairs to the living room.

"I'm home!" I said. everyone kept staring at the screen. I looked at the scoreboard "don't worry, it's almost half time" Bree nodded "oh wait... guys, I brought home a girl" everyone looked at me.

they jumped off the couch

"hi, I'm-" my fifteen-year-old brother said to her. my other brother pushed him

"too young, Hi, I'm Eric" Bree nodded

they all kinda circled around her 

"Bree"

"Like the cheese?" another one of my brothers asked

"that's what I asked!" 

"...okay, we are packing my stuff and going to New York on Monday to pack up my room." I said.

the boys were still looking at Bree. 

I grabbed a baseball glove from the floor.

I went around the circle hitting them in the face

"hey! more than half of you are way too young. Plus, she's not a piece of meat!" I yelled

they kept staring. I threatened to hit them again

"Sorry!" they all yelled

"We are going to pack, alright!?"  I said. they all nodded "now, go clean up the house. ITS A MESS!" they looked down 

"I'm the adult-" my older brother started

"CLEAN THE KITCHEN, NOW!" I yelled

"yes ma'am" he ran upstairs

"what do we do?" my brother asked

"Evan and Eric- Bedrooms... what are you waiting for?" they ran upstairs "Elvis- you're cleaning here, the living room, and Elliott- you're cleaning the three bathrooms" I looked at Bree "don't worry, you can use the one my mother and I used. she passed when they were younger" 

"I much preferred when Liz wasn't here-" Elliott whispered. I put my hand behind my ear

"...what was that?" I asked. he turned red

"uh, nothing..." I stood in front of him so he could feel my spit

"I SAID, WHAT WAS THAT, SOLDIER" I asked, he put his hand on his forehead

"BATHROOMS WILL BE DONE, SIR!" I nodded

"ON YOUR HANDS AND KNEES!" he nodded and walked to the downstairs bathroom. I bent down to my little brothers "Eli and Eddy, you two can clean the playroom, okay?" I said to them. they nodded

"yes sir!" they said, and ran upstairs

"they're only nine and seven, I got to go easy on them." Bree nodded. I looked at my last brother

"Chef Greene" I said

"Chef Greene" he said back

"what's on the menu tonight?" I asked. he smiled

"glad you asked. I'm making mac and cheese with three different types of cheese for the younger kids. I'm also making Chicken Parmesan. and Bree you don't look like a cheese eater?" he asked

"you guessed right" he nodded

"and for extra, I'm making fajitas and for dessert, brownies" I nodded

"I'll make the Mac and Cheese and the brownies?" I asked

"perfect, and make extra because Kaz, Oliver, and Skylar are coming over" we ran upstairs 

"damn, bad bitch energy" Bree said. I laughed

"Gracias"
