Chase and I were working on the antidote while Oliver was trying to "comfort" Skylar.
Oliver ran over to us.
"Why haven't you found the antidote yet? You're supposed to perfect!" Oliver whisper screamed
"You know what really helps in a high-pressure situation? You interrupting us every five seconds and asking why we haven't found the antidote yet!" Chase said in the same tone
" Sorry... but have you? I knew we shouldn't have given her coal." Oliver said
" You gave me coal?!" Skylar screamed
"Coal? Is that what you heard? Coal? 'Cause, that would be crazy." Oliver turned to Chase and me. I whispered in Chase's ear.
"just go with it" Chase nodded
"Why would I inject you with your one true very lethal weakness..." we all laugh nervously. "they did it." Oliver pointed at Chase. Chase threw his hands up in defense
"Okay, yes. I'm the one who suggested shocking your system with coal, but I've also said that you should never mix superpowers with science."
"When did you say that?"
" Just now. Keep up!"
Skylar coughed up and black vapor comes out
"we must have given her way too much. Her body's rejecting it and expelling it as a vapor." Chase gasped
"I told you!"
" Wha- Is it dangerous?" Oliver asked
"Just to living things."

"Using my forcefield to seal in the vapor was a good idea. We still have enough time to figure out an antidote." Chase said
Skylar coughed
"Uh, Chase? What's happening?" I asked
Skylar coughs again, cracking the forcefield
"I thought you said your forcefield was impenetrable!"
