No More Sleep

It was9 days after I had Ash when I got a frantic phone call from William sayingEllie's water broke. I dropped everything I was doing and rushed out the door.Halfway down the street I notice William coming out the front door followinghim is Ellie. I got a wave from William and the middle finger from Ellie. Ihelped her into the car while William got the hospital bag and Levi's gear.They both arrived at the hospital around 2:30 am. Once they were set up intheir private room with an amazing view of the beach and sunrise. Ellie was inlabour for roughly around 6 hours before he was delivered. Beau Jamal was bornat 8:30 am on 19th of April weighing 9.5 pounds and a length of 22 inches. Hehad Ellie's blonde hair and bright blue eyes. I got to meet him the next daywhile Alex was in labour. 

The next day Alex went into labour around 11 pm theday before. They were in the hospital down the road. It was a long day. Alexwas in labour for around 12 hours before the baby was delivered. Riley Mars wasborn at 11:27pm on 20th of April weighing 7 pounds and a length of 20 inches.He had Amy's eyes and Alex's coloured hair. There must have been something inthe air because Leo got a call around midnight from Michael telling him to meethim at the hospital. We both raced out of bed and hurried to the car. Alexanderwas left at home to look after the other two because he was old enough to knowwhat to do. Michael was in the corridor on the phone calling all the relativesinforming them about Krystel and the babies. He had the twins curled up on thechair in the room. I quickly said hi to Krystel knowing full well that if Iwere going to start talking to her, I would have something thrown at me.Instead I scooped up the twins in my arms and carried them one at a time out tothe car. It felt like a workout because both twins were both 11 and they wereheavy but that did not stop me. Leo started the car while I buckled in thetwins. We both waved goodbye to Michael and slowly made our way home. 

By thetime we got home it was around 1 in the morning and I needed to go back tosleep. Leo carried the twins in and tucked them into bed before returning to mewith a hunger baby. Once we had sorted everyone out, we ended up asleeptogether on the couch. We slept for roughly 7 hours before Celest woke us up byturning on the TV. We both got up and checked on all the kids before heading tothe kitchen to make breakfast. I made us both coffee while Leo made everyonesome choc chip pancakes. Everyone had breakfast out on the porch watching thestreet slowly wake up. Leo checked his phone to find a message saying they hadthe baby. Kieran Phillips was born at 8:35 am on 20th of April weighing 8pounds and a length of 21 inches. Everyone had finally had their bundles of joyand then the fun part came.
