Extreme Training

Before Larissa and I went on our maternity leave we had one more client to work for. They happened to be a huge client. Our trainer spent the rest of the week pushing us to the limit and building our muscles. Both Larissa's and my bumps were starting to show at the end of the week. We were just reaching 12 weeks pregnant. After a long week of training hard for the client all my muscles ached, and my back started to play up again. A couple of nights I woke Leo up because the disc in my back was in excruciating pain. He ended up taking me to the hospital to get it check and fixed. 

Most of the night Leo was sitting in the waiting room with to sleepy kids lying on him. While I was having an MRI both Alexander and Celest woke up and ended up crying. Alexander tried to help his dad calm Celest, but she just kept crying. The doctors finally finished their test and put me in a private room until I got results. Celest practically pulled Leo all the way to my room. As soon as she saw me a smile formed on her face and she jumped onto the bed nearly knocking me off. Once she settled in my arms she fell back to sleep. Leo pulled a chair next to my bed and grabbed my hand before resting his eyes. Everyone was asleep except for me and Alexander. He looked lost and that broke my heart, so I beckoned him over to the bed. He looked so grown up to the point it scared me, but I knew deep down he was still my sweet little baby. I flipped Celest over to Leo's side and she was surprisingly heavy to move. Once she was on the other side of the bed, I moved over to the same side making room for Alexander. I pulled him onto the bed not realising that he had grown a lot since I last snuggled with him. 

Most of my family fell asleep on the bed until the doctor came in with the results. I only had swelling on a disc so the doctors just gave me a quarter zone injection to relieve so of the pain and I would be on my way. On the way home we got IHOP for and listened to Whitney Houston – I wanna dance with somebody. This resulted in many weird looks also we were still in our pyjamas. My kids also became very embarrassed and called me ancient. We were nearly home when we stopped at a red light and the old lady next to us started to dance to our music too. Once we got home, we devoured all of the IHOP and I got ready for work. Leo walked in on me admiring my little bump forming.
